Great service, friendly and professional staff! Able to think outside the box and provide excellent solutions. Definitely the ones to call have been with them for two years!Update: .March 14, 2019Well i am still with Voyaguer and still EXTREMELY satisfied with their service. Recently had some issues with the radio, and they were quick to respond with possible solutions and in the end replaced the radio in a very timely and efficient manner. Absolutely love the uninterrupted service these folks provide.

After our 58’ DMX tower on our rural property collapsed, we were unable to have it replaced through home insurance. It was two awful months without internet due to an insurance adjuster who dragged his heals.Home insurance ultimately denied our coverage.Voyageur, true to their customers, stepped up and offered us a deal we couldn’t refuse. Within a week they had our tower replaced and we were up and running again.Mike and Sean were wonderful technicians who were professional and courteous. They were also great guys to share a laugh or two with, while they worked.Thanks again.Mark, Renee and Family.

Their customer service is sub par. Pricing is inflated. The equipment they provide is not very good. Unwilling to let me install my own unit so they can get me for an installation charge?! Not a happy customer here.

Excellent customer service. Very easy to reach via email/phone and super helpful with troubleshooting! We required quite a few visits from the technician, so we were very appreciative of how patient and informative he was! It’s been about 6 months and we haven’t had any issues. Great company!

Rosser MB area. Cheaper and better than any other rural provider. Get exactly what i pay for (plan 6) and i love it. No issues and billing/ payments are a breeze online. Very happy with the service so far!

Absolutely thrilled with the performance I received with this internet company and the technician was amazing and went above and beyond explaining to me in great detail the technology and how great the customer service and overall quality of the network was. I paid for the plan b and got exactly what I paid for 13mbs download and 3mbs upload and hasn’t changed even during peak hours . I would definitely recommend this company to those seeking internet in rural areas.

Voyageur recently installed a new amazing wi-fi at our home which eliminated the very poor performance that we were previously getting from our awful Shaw router (despite being on their 300 Mbps download plan). Now we have no more downtime, service interruptions or deadspots around our house. Service crew was polite and professional. We had several Shaw service calls to address our problems but they were never effective. One Voyageur call and all of problems were solved.
