MAC Insurance & Registry (North Edmonton)

Literally had the best experience at a registry office in my life and I have literally never had a good one ever ! I will always come here from now on. Shout out to the branch manager for his patience and professionalism. You rock !!!

Feb 25thThey should train their staff how to respect people.Older lady working at the registry was rude I misheard her say my number and I gave her my number she said THATS WHAT I SAID in a rude voice.VERY RUDE won't be returning.Also was charged $130 to register my vehicle overpriced.Other registry is 95 tops. They also have no name tags go figure.

Very poor service, worst experience, would not suggest this place at all. Had my license changed from Nova Scotia to Alberta. They messed up with license classes (gave me GDL license whereas i had a full class 5 and class 6 on Nova Scotia licence). On reporting the issue, the registry personnel started asking about unnecessary information such as drivers abstract from Nova Scotia.Very disappointed!!

I came here because it was the nearest in our house and would like to try their service, but I was very disappointed by the service this office give, the caucasian lady is very rude to answer questions, she was even rude to that young east indian lady she was training as if the young lady was dumb, I feel so sorry for her. I was inquiring about getting a new healthcard as I lost it and this caucasian lady was very rude to give information about requirements. The worst part is after giving all requirements ishe told me I have to change my ID as it did not match my healthcard name, in short I paid for the service I did not received. Not coming back in this location again.

very bad services,.. they charge me $100 extra ($190 in total) to dissolve A Corporation while other registries change between $85-95 .. i called each registry and asked them.very bad service .. i called MAC registry again and they were no welling to reduce they service fees

The registry fees to much compared with other places in Edmonton. And of that stuff not aware of the basic stuff every 5m someone job from their seat and ask him And worsted their manager site deferent area and every time they want to ask something the walk and Manager very rude and he needs to have some courses in customer service.

My daughter had an appointment at this registry at 1:15, we came there on time and they examined the car and deemed it unacceptable and told us to come back with a different vehicle. We came back exactly 15 minutes later with a different vehicle and the examiner said that she was “too busy with paperwork” and couldn’t conduct the exam anymore.Very unprofessional and unethical, don’t tell us to come back and then dismiss us because you’re “too busy”. We had an appointment that was from 1:15-2:00, you shouldn’t be starting other tasks when a customer books a certain time.

Never had a problem and never too busy. Always in and out, usually don't have to wait in line.

Clerk’s first words to me were “why are you here” instead of “can I help you.” I was taken aback, and then I saw the sign that she was in training. Supervisor/trainer should teach the newbies appropriate customer service skills.
