Oassence Luxury Travel Designs - Sheri Frend is always very professional and extremely receptive. She is patient with our many questions we have and provides detailed information so that we are well informed of any news/changes that pertain to our travel plans.We were out of country when COVID-19 took full effect and we were told to get back to Canada. Sheri was always available to me and made me feel like I was being taken care of when the situation was so very stressful. She made all arrangements to get us back to Canada safely and quickly.Sheri investigates all options and presents the full picture of any travel plans that are being considered. Knowing that Sheri would only send me to a place that she has information on, ensures that our trip meets our expectations and we have never been disappointed. Her work is of high quality and I trust her opinions and suggestions. Dealing with her has been my best travel experience!

From flights, insurance, hotel, transportation, documents and Covid test timing along with the many changes from airline cancellations, Sheri covered it all.She answered my incessant questions and addressed my concerns with kindness and patience.Sheri knew I was very nervous travelling alone for the first time and went above and beyond to give me tips and guidance and reminders. It was an incredible comfort to me to know she was only a message away if I needed her assistance.With all the moving parts and everything going on, Sheri still set me up for the most successful and stress-free trip I could imagine!Sheri’s professional fees do not come close to compensating her fairly for the extra time and care she puts into your planning your trip like it is her own. Sheri knew exactly what we needed, having two teenagers sometimes is hard to please but she organized and booked us the best cruise ever. Kids had a blast and we all enjoyed our time…. and now my kids want to do it againThank you Sheri, you are honestly the best :)
