Took my 2 vehicles in. Both times was met with different crews and both times all were very professional. Front desk staff were very friendly and the waiting room is nicely furnished.Extremely satisfied with both jobs and highly recommended.

Great service and very curtious staff. They take all the time needed to throughly rust proof my car, and do a wonderful job cleaning and washing my vehicle afterward.

curious why on a 2018 GMC Sierra you would drill holes in the rocker panels when there are pre drilled holes underneath this doesn't impress me at all

Just unbelievable waste of money!Feel that I was ripped off!I did rust proofing at this place (23 Seapark Dr Unit 6, St. Catharines, ON L2M 6S51) in November 2021 and, since I left the area, to get my car rustproofed this year (2022) I had to look for another place and just did rust proofing yesterday (Dec 6, 2022) at another private business in Ottawa. It looks that my car has plastic covers underneath. The mechanic suggested to remove the covers to do a proper rustproofing; otherwise, he would try to use available water draining holes inside those plastic covers and would not be able to guarantee a decent quality of his job. I hesitated but agreed even though I had to pay 40 dollars extra for this. And Lord, he was right. After removing plastic covers, my car had practically no rust proofing: there were 2 tiny spots where the liquid accidentally came through the holes inside those plastic covers.Nothing was rustproofed underneath including all mechanical/engine parts: it was just bare metal. So, these guys at St Catharines Krown were so irresponsible to not even look underneath my car. Nobody suggested to me to remove the plastic covers to do a right job. They even didn't even care to try to get the bottom of my car rustproofed by using those existing draining holes in the plastic covers. My first impression of the place (St. Catharines Krown) was: too many cars ... cars come and go, come and go ... like at an assembling line. Therefore, while I was waiting I started having my doubts whether the quality would be good: would you have time to pay much attention to quality at an assembling line where you need to do everything fast?I trusted Google Maps reviews left by others and, man, I was wrong. Moreover, when I was at another mechanic in the summer 2022 around June to fix issues with my car's brakes, the mechanic told me that rustproofing was poorly done on my car. He didn't even need to remove any plastic covers to see this. He just looked at the open areas around wheels. Those areas were supposed to be well rustproofed.Since getting my car rustproofed at St. Catharines Krown I never washed the bottom of my car just in case to avoid washing out the rustproofing.Another totally strange thing to mention: right after rustproofing was done I went from Lincoln where I lived to Ottawa and back and noticed that my car's fuel consumption was much worse than before ... all of a sudden my car started eating too much fuel during acceleration. I had no other services on the car done and I practically went the next day for my trip.In my mind I would never link rustproofing with such a problem; however, I did my research and found on Internet exactly the same story and I'm not sure anymore if that was a coincidence (the guy also complained having same problem after getting rustproofing done for his car ...not at this place though).I contacted St. Catharines Krown in hope to get any hints on how to fix the problem and they told me that this was the first time they ever heard something like this before and wished me good luck.Sure, could be a strange coincidence. Really strange coincidence.Anyway! The rustproofing at St Catharines Krown was a total waste of money for me since nothing at the bottom of my car behind plastic covers that cover all the bottom of the car was rustproofed. NOTHING!!!And this was not only waste of my money paid for rustproofing but additional damage due to corrosion since these guys left my car unprotected against environmental elements.I truly believe that St.Catharines Krown owe me my money back and apologies. If, by some reason, you decide to go to this place, please thouroughly inspect your car to make sure they did a proper job. In my case they didn't seem to care about the quality of their job. And I wouldn't call it a job at all. You'd better look for another decent place though.

WARNING. Krown St. Catharines scratched/damaged my vehicle while doing rust-proofing. After-the-fact; the owner (Bryan Payne) told me by letter to come at my own risk." Their lack of care should concern anyone thinking about going there for service.At-the-end; no apology from them

I'm so impressed with the service! This was my first time bringing my car in alone and I never felt like I wasn't supposed to be there. As a young woman walking into any garage is quite intimidating, but everyone was more than welcoming and explained everything.

Intial service was great. Shortly after my engine light came on. Brought my truck to the dealer. Discovered there was oil on a sensor above the gas tank. Krown stated they were not responisible and refused to compensate for the repair. If you want your vehicle undercoated. Use the dealer where the vehicle was purchased.
