Nutrition Assessment Clinic

Erin Ostler gave a virtual presentation to a group of our athletes during the covid-19 recreation closure. Coordinating with Erin prior to the talk was easy. Although she wasn’t familiar with the sport of cheerleading, she diligently asked questions to gain a better understanding of our sport prior to offering advice. Erin was personable, professional and engaging in her presentation, and provided a variety of important nutrition tips for excelling in practice, at competition, and in their daily lives as students. She also prepared and provided two handouts with key take-aways so that athletes could refer back to the information shared in the talk. We are very thankful for the effort and expertise that went into creating and delivering this presentation!
