Recently invested in a wooden front door. My door was ready in time for our move in, the installation process was quick and hassle-free. The installer was professional and courteous.

Excellent work done by a crew of hard-workers. Special thanks to Niloufar best designer I have worked with. They spent great time and took care of every small detail installing my front door. In fact I got tired just watching them work. Once the door was installed they completely cleaned up the before leaving. I am very happy with the Owner, Designer and the Crew, Workmanship is excellent. Would definitely hire them again My initial experience with Arista is absolutely fantastic. I got advice from this company for the doors of my house and we made all the entrance and interior doors of the house with Arista company. It is really one of the best manufacturers of wooden doors in Toronto, Canada.

Our door is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! they took the time to come measure and even when we made some changes inside the home in terms of layout they came back and remeasured. While here I had some questions about the side light windows and he was so helpful and patient. I've already recieved so many compliments on it as I have customers for my business come to my home to do pick ups often and they love the look! Super happy and would highly recommend! :)(It's the holiday season, so currently I only have pics with it decorated lol)

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this company. Although the door is beautifully designed, it is of extremely low quality and within a few short years, our door has completely fallen apart. Within the first few months of installing the door, we noticed cracks throughout and issues opening and closing. I notified our builder who was told by the company that they will have someone paint the door again and that it should resolve the issue. Although I warned that these cracks are beyond a paint solution, we were guaranteed that the door would be replaced should this process fail. In less than a month the cracks reappeared and continue to worsen. Getting a hold of the company has been awfully challenging and the last feedback we were given was to notify our builder (despite us being the paying customers and living in the house for more than a year). I am not one to write poor reviews but the lack of accountability or responsibility for the poor quality yet highly priced product has led me to write this review. Their installation process was ok but as soon as there were problems with the door, we were completely ignored. Overall, while the doors are beautifully designed, our experience has been that they are not sustainable and of very low quality in the long term.EDIT-OWNER RESPONSE:The review is a reflection of the quality of the door you sold us, with photos that clearly capture our concerns. For the sake of transparency, when you emailed and told us to contact our builder, we immediately emailed back to inform you that we are not in touch with the builder and that the house was completed more than a year ago. When we did not receive a reply, we called and after several attempts your representative gave us the same response. We also let you know that the builder did not want to get involved. As you are well aware, we cannot demand a builder to spend his time resolving issues that we as the paying customers can resolve. I only wish that your response to finding a resolution to this ongoing issue was as rapid as your response to this review. Nevertheless, I am more than happy to connect with you if you are able to find a feasible solution to this matter, since you have my email. Thank you
