Good place for a pedicure! Went here for Mother’s Day with the family and staff is good and professional! We all enjoyed our pedicures. Great service!

I have been a client for over three years, and I wanted to take the time to write a review.I am leaving 4 stars, and nothing lower, simply because I admire, appreciate, and love the location and have fond memories at the beauty bar. We also loooove Banny, she's phenomenal and a bright star that makes me so so happy. I'll keep coming back just to see her! :) Also, most of my issues aren't this specific bar's fault, but instead, the issues lie in corporate, I believe, so let's get started!One aspect that has consistently bothered me is the company's use of lowercase branding across all platforms, including emails, social media, posts, messages, and even reviews (seriously?). Personally, I find this lowercase-only approach to your branding cringe-worthy, unprofessional, and immature. It became particularly frustrating when the company employed this style when acknowledging the importance of Black Lives Matter, as it failed to capitalize the word Black" in recognition of its social

This was my first time here after seeing a local blogger feature it. The staff is prompt and friendly. That is something that is really important to me when your getting a service done whether it be hair or nails. Everything from reception to the tech matters. Was greeted politely and asked if I wanted water or tea (which again is a factor I consider when I want to return). The nail tech herself was hilarious and a delight, I like when they engage with the customers as I like going to 1-2 regular techs. She did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. She matched the precise colour I wanted after I showed her a picture (not everyone accommodates this!). She listened when I told her what length and shape I wanted. The only reason this lost a star is because it’s a bit higher priced than I normally pay for a gel polish change and removal, but I honestly think I will make this one of my regular places because of how fantastic the service was today.

When looking online for a place that ticks all my requirement boxes, The ten spot popped up; and it really exceeded all my expectations!The appointment was easy to make.It's quiet (no drills or hair dryers or loud chatting)It's so clean (I literally saw someone scrubbing the floors and surfaces after each treatment in the rooms and they use disposable files etc)Reese is so sweet, gentle and funny! Not to mention so so good at her job :)And my nails look fantastic (check out the picture)Will definitely be back.

Just stopped by in person to book a manicure appointment. The woman at the front desk wasn’t super friendly (a smile and Hello goes a long way) and at the end of taking all my info down told me they require a credit card to book any appointments. I usually pay debit and was very turned off that they needed to have my credit card in their system to book me in, especially with me being there in person already. I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere. For standard security purposes, I don’t need my credit card details sitting in someone’s system for their full staff to see at any time. Super disappointed as I was looking for a new regular place closeby but will go elsewhere.Update: I was happy to hear someone would be contacting me about my negative experience but sadly no one ever reached out, despite them having all my contact info from when I attempted to book the appointment. Just a disappointing experience all around.

I’m so glad I picked this salon to get my holiday nails. It’s in a great location for transit and a cute neighbourhood. The staff is friendly and they were on time, no wait for my appointment. My manicurist, Samantha, was excellent! She helped me pick out colours, took time to discuss what I wanted, and checked in with me at every step to ensure I was satisfied. I will absolutely go again! Very clean and lovely spot to get your nails done.

I got my upper legs waxed here and the service was so good! I was impressed that aesthetician had a really close look at the end and used tweezers for any missed hair...Great attention to detail! The place was super clean and I will definitely be coming back.

My sister and I went here yesterday. She got a facial and I got a gel manicure. The place is very clean and basic, and everyone was very nice. Parking is difficult in the area. The manicure I got is one of the best ones I've ever received, lasted a long time, and the people working there are so nice.
