I love the feel of this Tim Hortons in Bracebridge. We stopped in this location because I am so exhausted in my long drive. The staff are nice, patient enough to take my order, probably saw how exhausted I am. She didn’t rush me, and suggested pastries that would compliment my ordered coffee.The scenery outside is a plus! There’s 2 big cozy chair outside with umbrella underneath the tree and surrounded by green grass and nicely cut bushes

Convenient location just off Hwy 11 in Bracebridge beside Walmart and many other fast food establishments.The lineup here was 15 minutes deep as dine in/ in store pickup was not an option.The items were fresh and the staff were courteous given the situation.

They didn’t put the lid on the chilli properly and it spilt literally all in the center console of my car that I had just cleaned. Thank you.

What happened to the sandwiches?The bun is the size of a hotdog bun now !They used to be big enough that they required to be cut in half, but not now.I'm disappointed with the shrinkflation that's going on at Tim horton's.Of course, smaller size but higher prices

I like to park my car at Tim's and walk in to place my order.The staff at the Tim's in Gravenhurst are very quick to fill out my order, once I tell them the items that ai want.The Coffee is fresh and the food is usually delicious.

It's Timmies, coffee is decent, food is about the same as all stores. Service at this location is very good and friendly unlike so many Tim Hortons

The Gravenhurst Tim Hortons is the worse place to buy an ice cap...you can wait in line for 20 mins and pay $3.65 for a medium ice cap and recieve half of an ice cap....totally get ripped off constantly

Twice this week I went to this Tim’s. Both time I asked for a medium red eye ice cap and they gave me a large. Today the lady was nice enough to change the price to a medium. Bought 2 cookies and only got one, charged for 2. Not happy with my recent purchases and will not go back again. Simple listening skills are only required.

Your women's washroom is disgusting. I would be embarrassed to work there. Floors are filthy and it looks like the toilet has never been cleaned. The garbage containers are so full you can't put anything in them. And this is at 8:30 in the morning. Management needs to step up.
