I went and ordered my usual iced Capp, and added a cream puff. I did not get my cream puff. The doughnut I did get was good, just not what I ordered. The Doughnut I did get isn’t even on their menu. Or not that I’ve seen, after looking anyway.

I just find a massive black hair on inside of my coffee when I called the menager to explain to this all she told me was yeah we replace Ur coffee like she didn't even want to listen to me what I was trying to tell her that it's pretty disappointing and disgusting to find a hair in Ur coffee and u should do something about it she did not care about at all its very unprofessional menagement drink a coffee from a tims they need to be very careful about this all there staff members have long black hairs Im very disgusted drinking a coffee from that location

If I could give no star I would. I was on the go and needed a hot cup of coffee and got a bagel. I wanted my bagel toasted but I guess they decided to roast it! It was so burnt. It was not warm/ hot. Asked for extra butter guess that didn’t go on it too. I had no time to go back. Only saw it once I sat at my work desk.

Why is it whenever my wife and I get coffee from you guys you can never seem to understand we order a double double and a triple triple yet you always seem to send 2 triple triples. Why is this so hard to understand? As well your coffee is always burnt do you not check what time the coffee was made to make sure it's up to your freshness standards.

I get a medium coffee 2 milk from here every morning.Depending what lady is at the window the price is either 1.97 or 2.60!! For a medium !Never have I paid over 2$ for a medium coffee at any other tims ! 2.60 !!!When I question the lady she says “ we charge for the paper cup and lid and price went up “And to add insult to injury my coffee wasn’t even right..Never again will this location get my business.

My go-to Tim Hortons for the daily coffee run. The ladies who prepare my coffee never fail to make me smile by leaving a nice “good morning” or “good afternoon” message with a smiley face. They also always wish me a nice day when I’m leaving. Special shoutout to Sandra, who always has my mobile order ready when I arrive. I’m truly very grateful for the kind and positive energy every time I come in. Keep up the great work 235 Franklin!

I went inside.. Stood there for literally 5 minutes, had 4 workers look at me, didn't say a word. 2 minutes later someone walks by, sees me, yells to someone to come deal with store front. The girl comes from the back, looks at me turns around and goes back to the back.. I gave it another minute before I just walked out. How is there like 8 ppl working and I'm waiting for like 10 minutes before I lose patience and leave. Night crew lacking.

Price gouging at your regular coffee shop.All rules are made to rip the customers off.Regular coffee 1/2 french vanilla =1.981/2 French Vanilla Regular coffee=2.68Shouldnt it be the same price.Guys check your bills. This is money greed.Everyday Timmies Customer.

I recieved my bagel very fast but another employee had to go through the whole order correcting it as she was showing how to do it and my med.D.D with a shot of espresso took so long l had to ask a different employee if she could check on my coffee finally when it came the employee put on the counter as she walked away saying sorry for the wait. NOT IMPRESSED considering how much money I spend there over the years Ya Tim Hortons
