This company is unprofessional. Maintenance is very very bad. Unit where we moved in was 2 months vacant and they did not have time to clean and fix everything. During our moving cleaning lady came to do some unprofessional job. Two man came to install vanity and toilet. Two man came to clean a lot of garbage from the basement. After all this hard work of this people unit was very very dirty, windows and all closet doors damaged. Painting job was a joke in all unit. Damaged front door.

I've lived here for 4 years and I can say they have made some major improvements over the last 2 years based on input from residents through the yearly survey. Both Rajka and Michelle at the Administrative desk are always prompt when returning my calls and they are very polite and respectful. I have had numerous encounter with Rajka both over the phone and in person and you can tell she is very knowledgeable and cares about what she is doing. Every service request has been addressed within a timely manner. The maintenance guys (Mo and Lawrence) whom I've known longer are good at their job and super helpful.

Moved in 2020 and so far it’s been a good first year. Very central location, close to bus stops and most amenities. Rajka has been a terrific help in making the move in process seamless; getting a response from her for maintenance has been quick and reliable. I’m glad I chose to move to this neighborhood, things are quiet and my neighbours are friendly, definitely a place where you can feel at home

Rajka is the go to for getting work orders and tickets completed. She is very professional, has the patience and knows how to handle her tenant's. Great communication skills, very understanding, and cares for her tenant's. She called for a quick follow up, very on point with handling situations. I absolutely want to express my gratitude to Rijka Bubic and her team for prompt delivery for any issues I have at home.My furnace was making rattling notices and I was scared to continue to use it. It happened on Friday winter night. So Rajka arranged somebody to come first thing on Saturday morning! Such attention and care of our management is a 5 star job !

My family and I moved to this complex in 2020 during the height of the Covid pandemic and from there up until now my experience with management has been amazing. I have dealt mostly with Rajka and she has addressed problems in a positive way, helping in any way she is able. I won't go into any details but in short, she showed care for tenants and in a professional way. I feel taken care of especially when dealing with Rajka and that's why I'm giving 5 stars.

My only complaint is the parking lot.I think it's would make more sense if visitors was closer to the street entrance as they're in/out frequently. Visitors parking is in a corner and sometimes can be hard to maneuver especially when some residents park two cars in one spot (one in front of the other.)
