The wait may be long, but it really is good comfort food after standing in the rain for twenty minutes hehe.The xiao long bao are so good and juicy! Definitely one of the best in Vancouver. The beef noodle soup was also delicious. The wonton could be more flavourful. It has a more 清/healthy" taste

Delicious dumplings and Taiwanese food. Love their noodle soup. Their xioa long baos are one of my fave as well. Been coming here for years and will continue to. Be warned, they take cash only. Also they are small and gerlts busy so expect a line up. But I guess that means it's good food inside.

Awesome soup dumplings!The staff were very friendly when we arrived. We put our order in and the food came out within 15 minutes of ordering.They make the soup dumplings in the back, they have a window where you can watch them being made! Everything we ate was 10/10. I highly recommend this place for your next meal. Wang’s is cash only, so just plan accordingly.

Quickest service in town with only a 5-minute wait for food, despite a full house. And one of the few places with lunches in the $10-$12 range.Food is good, especially the dumplings and noodle soups. Flavour profiles on the mild side. Only complaint is the space, as folks are squeezed into cramped quarters, with tables only inches apart, and it's usually crowded.

My friend brought me here for the first time. I don’t know what to order so she ordered for me. I’m stoked. Food are so tasty! Place is a lil bit small and don’t forget to bring cash.. they don’t accept cards.

Satisfyingly good food! My top three were the beef rolls, pan friend dumplings and xiao long bao. Noodles were ok, but not a big fan. Price was pretty good.

Everything that I have tried here were amazing except for their dan-dan noodle which seemed a bit ordinary to me.My favourite dish that I ordered would be their beef roll. Since their menu didn't have any images nor descriptions, I was left to imagine what this beef roll might be and surprisingly, it tasted amazing. I didn't expect it to be fried and if I didn't know it, the taste actually reminded me of peking duck.This place accepts cash only so make sure to have cash on hand.

By far the best soup dumplings I have ever had! I always have to order another order because they are that good! You also know it’s gonna be good when you can see them make them the dumplings right in front of you! I have been here many times already and their food does not disappoint. I got the Steamed Pork Buns (Xiao Long Bao/Soup Dumplings), Pan Fried Pork Buns, Pan Fried Dumplings and Beef Roll! I would recommend everything because it was really affordable and yummy. The soup from the Steamed and Fried Pork Buns was really flavourful! The Pan Fried Dumplings had a lot of filling and isn’t like other dumplings I’ve had at other restaurants (which are sometimes frozen). You have to get the Beef Roll, I love the amount of meat, cucumbers and sauce there is in it! Another thing I like is how they have chili oil and vinegar at the table for you! I can’t wait to come back and try their noodles and wontons,unfortunately it was too hot for that today.

I have been coming to Wang's Shanghai Cuisine for years and it is simply the best, in terms of quality, freshness, taste, portions, and affordability. My person favourites are the soup dumplings, the wontons in chili oil, and pork/pickled vegetables noodle soup. This is a no frills, small restaurant, fast dining experience, that hits the spot everytime. It gets busy quickly with line-ups out the door and make sure you bring cash.
