Went there this morning, shout out for actually being open on a Saturday!! It was pretty busy inside (about 8 people waiting) but with 3 employees working the wait time went by fast. Staff are friendly, inside was clean and when you walk-in you register so nobody can line jump and people are served in order of arrival.

Went it at 5:00 pm probably one of the busiest times, was 7th in line, 13 min and it seemed like exactly that. Staff were friendly not frazzled went through the full waiting room efficiently. My registration was done and I was on my way in under 5 min. Always a pleasure!

I'm gonna start with that they're the only place in Lethbridge that's open until a reasonable hour, I've never understood why banks and registries are open from when work starts to when work ends, but here we are. Anyways, I was able to pop in AFTER work and waited like 12 minutes, got my car registered in 10, would have been 5 but I had some parking tickets. Not their fault, not mine either, but not theirs. My agent was friendly and quick and we got out of that ordeal together as better people.

Instead of standing on line you sign in and have a seat waiting to be called. We were 8th in line, took less than 10 minutes to be called. Service was fast and agent was extremely friendly. Best service in town

The service was fast, very friendly and streamlined. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a registry place ever. They have great procedures for serving people quickly (sign in) and even though it was busy (Friday afternoon of long weekend) we were in and out quickly! Overall a great experience!

Fast and efficient, they were very busy but all the employees had no sense of panic and worked effectively both separate and together. The worker I talked to was very friendly and helpful with renewing my license. 110% recommend this place over anywhere in Lethbridge.

Great service and even better attitude towards myself and any other person in the registry. Usually these places are a not great experience but this location on the west side of Lethbridge is the only one I will be going to from now on! If I could give more stars then 5 I would!
