I met with Jimmy at the Georgetown store.I cannot thank Jimmy enough for his patience, wonderful personality, consideration & help.Jimmy helped me set up a new phone by transferring all my information from my old phone to new one, setup my husband’s phone by transferring all the information from my old phone to his. The reason I had this done was because my husband only uses the phone for phone calls. He did not need a phone with lots of storage, but I did.Jimmy was very efficient, explained everything very well & with all the work he had to do, he did it in a very good time limit.Thank you Jimmy for your wonderful service. So went to the Georgetown mall location today to re-new / possibly upgrade our phones. Rogers should really get some staff that show the slightest bit of customer care practices and knowledge.Unreal for a company like Rogers and waste of our time.
