I was so glad that we went with Tarek and Bike20. Excellent repeat EXCELLENT bicycles and equipment, great advice and Tarek is really chill not to mention a tremendously nice dude. If you go with other bike rental places prepare to be lost inside a big organisation that won't really care. Go with Bike20. I plan on going back to Tarek next time I'm in Vienna. 100%

We hired touring bikes and Ortlieb panniers from Tarek over Easter. It was perfect and very reasonably priced. He speaks great English and was really friendly. He was quick with communication to sort the booking too. Can’t recommend enough. We had a fab 8 day cycle tour along the Danube which is minutes from the Bike 20 shop.

Tarek replies to emails very quickly so we had our bikes booked 10 days before we arrive from Ireland.Bikes are very new, in great condition and are super comfortable! We did 50km along the Danube, it was absolutely fabulous, great way to see a few villages outside Vienna.When we came back, we had a good chat and Tarek has even given us the direction on how to get to the place where I was meeting my friend, he is very friendly!We highly recommend his place and will definitely hire from him again next time we come to Vienna!PS you can return bikes even after the shop has closed by locking them outside the shop !Enjoy the cycle!

I hired a bike for 9 days in late July/early August 2019 to ride around Vienna (also went up Kahlenberg) and then to take out to Passau and cycle back. The price included a helmet, pannier bags, tools, a lock, and lights. Tarek also provided a guide book for the route and advice on the trains to catch to Passau. The bike was in excellent condition, easy to ride, and very reliable (no issues with it on the journey at all). Would highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a bike in Vienna.

Fantàstic experience whit Tarek, the owner of Bike 20. Very good bikes, everything was simple and kind whit Tarek and the price was quite good.I recommend this store to rent your bikes if you are in Viena. I’m sure you won’t be dissapointed.

We hired 2 KTM trekking bikes from Tarek for a 3 week trip along the Danube cycle path. Communication was excellent, the bikes were in top condition and reliable, and we were given panniers, helmets, locks, repair kit, etc. The cost was also very reasonable. And Tarek is a lovely man with very good English (easier for us), and gave us lots of info to help us along the way. Highly recommended.

Tarek is the best!We had an amazing experience with renting 2 pairs of bikes from Tarek. He answered any question we had with endless patience. The bikes were in great condition and equipped with high quality panniers. I highly recommend Tarek's service for any need of bike renting in Vienna.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Such good value, such good service. Hired two bikes for 5 days and they were very good indeed. Made our whole trip so much more enjoyable.
