Amazing experience. When we built our pool with Erie Accent, Krystan, Angelo and team presented us with multiple solutions that would fit for our dream backyard given our limited space. The install was quick and efficient and we were able to enjoy our pool within the timeline set out at the beginning. We have continued to visit the store for all of our pool needs and each and every time we visit, we get best in class service from the extremely helpful and friendly staff. I would (and have) recommend Erie Accent to friends and family.

We had a great experience with our entire pool process. Krystan and Angelo were helpful and responsive. Angelo came and gave us options for our backyard. We are very happy with our pool!

Way over charged fixing our spa. Charged us almost $1000 to fix a leak.Stated they were here for 5.25 hours at 150/hr. They were not here anywhere near that amount of time as we have it all on camera and I was home. The parts were less than $25. So they fixed the leak which was great but the price was ridiculous. When we questioned her she would not back down.She was very knowledgeable with how to maintain spa and we bought all the products she recommended. However-I feel the services did not match. It seems everyone these days wants to take the consumer. Ugghh.

I just wanted a price on a pool cover. They told me a date and I waited at my daughter's house all day for someone to show up.. they never did. I am not happy with the communication from the office. I completely understand that things happen and sometimes appointments can't be kept. But it would have been nice to have been told at some point. They were aware I would be at the house waiting. I only found out no one was coming after I called the office at the end of day. Not impressed!Granted.. the office did say just leave the back gate unlocked you don't have to be there. However, there is an in-ground pool in the back yard! And doing so is not just irresponsible but criminal. I cannot and will not leave a backyard pool unlocked and accessible. There have been too many deaths related to unattended swimming pools for me to consider this as an option. I can't handle another death this month.

We are new to owning a pool. Erie accent was quick to securing a date for a lesson on how to care for the pool. We made it clear we needed a solar blanket, possibly a salt cell, and a pool liner in the upcoming couple years.. so they definitely would be getting business from us. I had to pay a deposit to book an appointment… last Friday the ONLY person who does lessons/quotes was sick. Ok fine. Rescheduled for today. I had an appointment scheduled at 2pm. I was assured the service person would be there by 1. At 12:30 I inquired via email to which I received a response indicating he would not make it by 2, and this is why they ask us to leave the gate open. I’m sorry, but are you planning to talk to my deck?? sure I’ll leave my gate open if I’m not home, but how does that benefit me getting a lesson? I was told they would come out Saturday to which I had repeatedly mentioned on numerous occasions that I have two toddlers and would not be able to retain anything, hence the friday request.“We’re trying to work with you here. Things come up you know”. Yes. And as a business you should remain professional in your appointments. I had to pay a deposit to book an appointment… yet you don’t hold up your end of showing up to the appointment? After one cancellation on your end you’d think you’d prioritize those clients, especially those that you know need to spend money to get their pool up to par.I received my refund back within an hour, and called another pool company in town. The owner of the other company showed up half an hour later and helped me 100%.Erie accent came recommended by MANY- and I have no idea why!

Excellent experience. The quoting and install process were very easy. The install was done on budget, and more importantly, on time. Since the install, nothing has changed. Erie continues to provide a high level of service with quick responses to questions and requests, and solutions to any issue I've encountered.

I can't say enough good things about Erie Accent. Their attention to detail is second to none. Even the smallest or simplest question gets answered even when I know they are super busy. It is clear that they have years of experience, and their recommendations are bang on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

We've been customers of Erie Accent since 2007 and always received prompt courteous service. We just had a new liner installed due to the damage caused by the ice storm in February. Krystan was extremely helpful in arranging the work needed and getting it done in a professional and timely manner. Always a pleasure to do business with them. .Shout out to Kyle and his assistant. I can’t say enough about this wonderful family owned business! I can honestly say if YOU want to be treated like family this is the place for you! They take care of their customers like you are family. They stay on the job until it is completed I have been the recipient of that kind of 5 star service so many times over the years. I have sent friends and family to Erie Accent…. And like myself they will be lifelong customers. When you find a company this special there is no need to go elsewhere.
