Techs was super nice and friendly. Unfortunately I waited approx 1 year for a piece. Same tech returned to repair my washer.

The technician came to change the computer board of my GE Café range but did not verify that all was working well and to my great surprise all the burners are not working and I called Transglobal services i was told that they cannot send back their technician i will have to call my warranty provider and place a new service call and in the meantime no oven. I have never ever had such bad bad and unprofessional service

Worst repair service ever! I am in the renovation business and have dealt with repair service companies. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! Repair guy shows up in January to repair our over the range microwave, looks at it from 2 feet away says ah it’s the switch, it’s always the switch on these models. And leaves. He was there for 2 minutes and did not open it or test anything. Don’t hear anything for 2 months we call and are told “we are waiting on parts” . Repair guy comes back in June with every possible part to repair the microwave. Opens it up looks inside and says “oh it’s the fuse, I need to have another guy come back with me to lift it out” it is now middle of July. We have had enough.We have been in contact with Leon’s, and fridgidaire, they are aware of all the troubles and run around that all your employees have given us. This is completely unacceptable service. Stay away from this company.

We purchased our washer/dryer from The Brick and was delivered and installed by a team from Trans Global Service. After the installation was finished and the installers left in quite a hurry, we noticed the absolute horrible job they had done.- The washer/dryer are pushed so far to the left of the doorway that we are unable to open the tray to put the detergent, nor are we able to open the dryer door properly.- They left a huge puddle of water/cleaning product on the hardwood floors.- They dented the wall while moving the appliances.- They left without verifying if the appliances were even functioning (they were not, the breaker was off).- On their way out they didn't explain how to use the machines, give receipts, nothing. Simply shoved a paper in our faces and asked to sign.- They didn't turn the water back on for the washer after the installation. So even if they didn't mess up as badly as they did we still would've had a non-functioning washer.To say we are extremely displeased with the service we received from the team from Trans Global Service is an understatement. I have never seen such incompetence and truly unacceptable service from a delivery company.

The service representative, Massoud, was pleasant and punctual. He was professional and diligent in dealing with the job at hand. He went out of his way to communicate his process about how he would diagnose and address the required repair. The call center was equally efficient at scheduling the appointment. Trans Global is a step ahead of their competition and this experience was certainly superior to previous appliance service calls that we have made over the past two decades. Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism of Mohamed. He came and checked the appliance and quickly discovered what needed to be replaced. Order the piece and came back to install it within few days. He is very pleasant and courteous and went beyond the repairs to provide valuable advise in order to maintain the appliances in a good condition. Strongly recommend him and trans global is blessed to have him as a technician

Yannik was very professional. He called by 8am, as I was told he would, and arrived on time too. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that I had.The ladies I dealt with by phone at Trans Global were also very polite and helpful.They had to call me again to set up another appointment when the part ordered was in.This combined system of calling and confirmation the same day by the technician works. It respects the technician's time as well as the customer's.Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service, being a first time customer,and I highly recommend them.

Fast and efficient. The repairman diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and completed the repair in a timely manner. Expert service with a smile! I highly recommend.

Bought a dishwasher from the Brick. Fumble after fumble. TGS installation and delivery have turned that situation into a positive. Sam came. Carried it up a flight of stairs. Installed. It was a great experience. Highly recommend.
