Avis Car Rental

I have been renting from these guys for over 7 years. Ahmed and Muhammad are one of the nicest people and treat you like family. I have never had a bad experience with them. I only rent from these guys even with an avis 5 minutes away from my house, it's worth the extra 15 minutes drive to rent from these guys. You will not be disappointed. Top notch customer service and clean cars.

First time renting at Avis, and the gentlemen at the front was kind and super helpful. This definitely my go to spot moving forward!

I had to wait for 30+ minutes in order to return my car. Considering this place is located inside Hilton, I thought the service would be great but it was not. There is only person at the counter and he was not available for 30 minutes and after repeated calls he met me at the front door. A very unpleasant experience in returning the car at this location.

Zak H. he is very good guy and helped me a lot, I'm very grateful what he did on that day, my credit card was not issued with pin to me and I was not able to do deposit on Avis card machine, then I contacted my bank and bank staff helped reset my card but they need me present in the bank, I told my situation to Zak H, then he took me to the bank and solved my problem, I feel so warm and very appreciated, very helpful, love it, thanks again. good job Zak

Booked a rental months ago to prepare for when I needed it today (August 31st, 2022). Supposed to be open at 8 AM according to what’s posted on their door, another sign says 7:30 AM..no one is here. It’s 8:17 and I have business to take care of. Called their customer service and it refuses to transfer me to a representative. Only automated services.

Pain free renting experience. Car was clean and detailed when I picked it up for my trip to Jersey. I wasn’t comfortable in the initial car I booked but Ahmed was able to put me in a bigger car. Definitely will be coming back.

I rented a car at 6 pm on Friday. Called costumer service two times during the weekend and confirmed that dropping off the car at another location later than office hr (2pm) won’t cost more. I dropped the car off at 6 pm Sunday and they charged me 3 days because I did not return the car at 2pm (their office hrs). After going back to this location he told me that I am lucky they didn’t charge 3 days + $50 changing location cost...Worst customer service ever...

First time renting a car and they were very quick and easy. Called in to book a car and was ready before I got there, great pricing for the rental as well!

I have been to this Avis location several times over the past few weeks owing to its close proximity to my temporary stay. I was left unattended on two occasions having arrived after their opening hours. No explanation or justification was given by the representative for being not on time. It delayed my plans for both days. Moreover, the rental cars are not in good shape. On one occasion, the car steering was too tight and brakes were relatively under-serviced. On another trip, I had to swap a car twice due to low tire pressure on the first two vehicles that were given to me. Overall, that was a totally unpleasant experience as I could not get my tasks done. While I understand that the contract does not cover for inclement weather, no provisions were afforded to me for being stuck in snow trying to return the vehicle. Overall the service was very poor and I do not recommend renting vehicles from this Avis location.
