Excellent service. Driver was waiting to pick us up and it was great to have someone else drive after long day at airports. Will use them again. App they use is fantastic and you can see where the drivers are and communicate with them through the app.

So this was first time using this service for a girl's weekend wine tour. We LOVED it. Our driver Debbie was fantastic and very helpful. She was great at accommodating our change in our itinerary. I would highly recommend their services.

FIRST CLASS!On July 30, 2022 we hired Driverseat to provide wedding shuttles to/from hotels, bride/bridesmaid shuttle and ride for the bride/groom post wedding. We were co-ordinating some of those shuttles from Kitchener to St. George (45 min) and some of the shuttles were from Brantford for the hotel services. As you can probably imagine—quite an elaborate level of organization was involved and as Mother of the Groom I worried something would fall through the cracks. Not a chance!! This entire service was first class from start to finish with the personalized conversation with the general manager and the easy to use Driverseat app—not only did we know exactly where the drivers were—we could see that they were on time. The icing on the cake was how friendly and wonderfull the individual drivers were to all the guests!!! People commented on pleasant the wedding shuttles were!! A heartfelt thankyou to Leanne and the whole crew that were so instrumental in making my sons wedding day a success!!!

We have used this service 3 or 4 times now and it is absolutely worth it!!! We have had the same driver Richard twice now and he is top notch!!! Can't wait to use this service again. It's a no brainer...drive to your destination (saving a cab/uber fair) have as many drinks as you fancy, wake up in the morning at home with your vehicle in the driveway! AMAZING.

We hired Driverseat for our wedding to be a shuttle for our guests. We live in the country and needed a reliable service to get our guests back to the city! Our driver, Earl, was extremely professional, friendly and punctual. The service we received while booking the service was also amazing. Subhani answered all of our questions in a timely manner and ensured all our needs were taken care of.

Love this company! When I first learned about them four years ago, I became a chauffeur with Driverseat. Right away, I became interested in bringing Driverseat to my hometown of Orillia, and within a few months, we opened up here and haven't looked back!Okay, well looking back now, myself as well as all of our chauffeurs and fellow franchisees have had and shared so many positive experiences, have the opportunity to help so many people and give back to our community. It's such a feel-good biz too; we are providing services that fill a need, while delivering a luxury-level experience.I love the community service aspect of what we do. My 'why', as well as many of our FZs and Chauffeurs is undertaking the lofty goal of eliminating impaired driving through our DD and shuttle services.The leadership, direction and mentorship provided by our team at headquarters has been nothing short of amazing. They always make time to chat, bounce ideas, strategize, or answer any questions. I would never recommend this shuttle service to anyone. I also got hit by an elder women who ran a red light in one of these shuttle vehicles. When I tried to contact the service to complain, they did not reply. They clearly don’t value safety.

We just used driver seat for our wedding last weekend! They did a great job, the drivers and service was excellent! They even had an issue with their shuttle and immediately fixed it hiring another company to do the job and there were no issues! We used them for a lot of the day and the price was very decent!

The team at Driverseat are absolutely amazing! Their chauffeurs are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met, and their team works hard to take the stress out of travelling.
