Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Horrible experience. We booked a vehicle and had a reservation and they called us 30min before pickup to notify us there are no cars available.The front desk staff said that if you call head office to book, they will book you regardless of vehicle availability and he blamed it on the fact that we did not book 1 week prior!The website allows us to book for next day, if 1 week is a minimum, it should not allow us to book for next day. He refused to rent us a car, even though one was available, but because someone else had it booked 1 week before, they are reserving it for them.So they give away our booking to someone and we can't get a car.Horrible management, horrible customer service, disconnect between head office and the locations, booking system is useless, just an all around bad experience.If you're traveling or in need of a car, don't trust Enterprise to book you're vehicle, you'll be left stranded at the airport.

Rented a vehicle for a eastern Canada travel trip. We were helped by Kapoor who was extremely helpful and kind, he was very attentive even though the store was super busy. Great location with a good selection of reliable vehicles.

I’ve rented from this branch at least a dozen times in the last few years. I consistently receive great and fast customer service. Always happy to rent from the Vanguard branch, I highly recommend.

was provided a rental from this location staff were very friendly very good experience. after having the car for a week we received snow and come to find the tires on the car where not in good shape for snow i tried to return the car and get something safer as it was days before Christmas. upon returning to the location they did not have any other cars on the lot and was put on a list for when one came back in, the guy who said he was a manger came and checked the tires and said they were still good and that it was my problem and refused to do anything more then check the tire treed which did pass but only barly and only if checking the the inside treed as the out sides were finished. I was stuck with this car for another week and we received more snow i had to have the car towed twice just to get out of a parking lot when i went back to the location again to return the car/refuse to drive it any longer they were only then able to give me a car that had better tires. i want to thank both Tianna and Faniry both were amazing and very understanding and got me into something safer for my family. but i am really disappointed in the other staff for allowing this to stand and refusal to help this in my view is very poor customer service.take always1. enterprise dose not provide towing if you get stuck and have to pay out of pocket to get towed.2. get a rental with Quebec plates as they have to have winter tires.

Just another best experience with Enterprise today. Arrived Vanguard location in Orleans, best professional services, best price as well. Their cars are nice and clean, team members has all detailed information of cars, of course very professional.Will use their services again definitely.

Great experience with renting a vehicle from here. It's conveniently located next to Assured where I left my vehicle for repair. The Branch Manager, Nikki, did a great job in handling my rental. On the day when I returned the rental vehicle, she even offered to give me a ride to Assured even though it was located right beside. Also, I accidently left behind some personal belongings in the rental vehicle and she was helpful in returning them to me. There was a lineup of customers and although she was the only employee working at the front desk, she was able to take care of everyone one-by-one at the same time. Will not hesitate to rent another vehicle from here in the future.

I have had a positive experience with the manager from Enterprise at Vanguard. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, and the manager meet these basic expectations. I will be renting again at this location.Thank you.
