Exceptional business!!!! This company is what all business needs to strive to become.Travelling from Winnipeg to Ottawa with our 3/4 ton and 9900 gvw dump trailer we had a trailer tire blow around Wawa and limped into Sault Ste Marie at 10PM Saturday night of a long weekend. Our trip in peril if we need to wait till Tuesday or take a chance we might find a rim once big box stores open at noon, and still lose valuable time.I left voice messages, e mails, and facebook posts with Woodys and others. They replied to me at 11 pm on a Saturday and arranged a special 55 mike trip in on Sunday at 9 am just to get me on my way.Awesome ssrvice, didn't gouge or complain. I tipped him and would have paid anything.Thank you for saving our trip, being fair and your work ethic!

Called in on April 13 2021 @ 12:39 pm for a price on a trailer. I'm writing this review on April 29 2021 @ 19:58 with disappointing feeling that a company could not even return a call for a simple quote.This company came recommend by a Small engine dealership. Very disappointing must have lots of business that new business isn't needed.

Needed two trailer tires for a road trip we were on cross country cuz ours were older and we had a feeling we should change them. Pulled in and was greeted with friendly customer service and the product we needed. He even helped change both tires with ease and for no charge so we wouldn't have to do it in the parking lot at our hotel later. Thank you!!

The staff is great to deal with and they are great at explaining everything clearly when purchasing a new trailer. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a trailer in the Algoma region.
