If as they say, RBC is committed to helping clients thrive and communities prosper, then why have they invested over 200 Billion into fossil fuels since 2016, making it hard for us to keep global warming under control.

I have been a customer for 60 years. I bought pounds from them last year. The trip got canceled and now they won’t give me Canadian funds for the pounds. Will be changing banks in the near future!

Worst customer service. It seems like this bank is good at delegating others to problem solve. Will leave this bank promptly. Nothing but issues for years with them.

Visited here this evening with my partner to get out a small float for a market and ask about my monthly bank fee for my account type. Was helped by Mary Lee and she was phenomenal - the best customer service I have ever experienced with anything. My partner was also impressed, we complimented her on how nice and very helpful she was and I felt I should write a great review for her because she was really amazing. She was very proactive in looking at my account and helping me save money with services suited to me and also had some helpful tips for us at our upcoming market which was really nice of her :) Had a wonderful experience and couldn't be happier.

Impossible to phone through branch with having an existing account.

This is the worst bank there is.. Tellers would rather chat with people then to actually serve customers... no one comes to help when line is out the door I waited over 25 min for a teller with 3 in front of me.. I had to actually leave cause I could not wait any longer..

ATM ate $60 of mine when I was trying to get cash out. $60 bucks I couldn't afford to have a machine just randomly go out of order in the middle of a transaction, debit my funds, and then not dispense anything.This is all fine, I understand equipment malfunctions. What I don' t understand is why a client of 20 years in very good standing had to wait almost a week to get credited back $60 that was a result of the banks mistake not mine.I also don't appreciate having to have spent at least 4 hours of my time over said week on the phone trying to get answers from phone agents, people not calling me back. What a disaster.It's sad too, because I've always had such pleasant experiences with RBC.

I can't say enough about the great customer service I received at this branch today. The staff especially Andy just about jumped through hoops trying to resolve an issue I had with an overpayment to Revenue Canada. There were several staff members as well as the bank manager who assisted with resolving my problem. Thanks to everyone at the Almond Street Branch.

I only went in to get change for the laundry, and the service I got from Celine was absolutely wonderful. Outgoing, kind, funny. That mere five minute interaction made my day!
