The employees, Sandra, Hanna, and Jaya are very friendly and knowledgeable in their job. They adviced me to have Hot Lava and Pocket Sushi and I really enjoyed the fresh food. I'll definitely come back.

Best experience here ever. I came in and the staffs here Sandra, Jaya and Hannah were super friendly. Good food, good service, and the place is nicely decorated too. Highly recommended and definitely will come back.

So disappointed! Made an order from Ubereats today. I ordered one sushi party tray and some side dishes. When it’s delivered, the whole sushi tray was missing. My whole family was starving and had to share only the side dishes. Why this kind of restaurant is still existing? Why you didn’t tell us that you won’t be able to make the sushi tray when you accepted the order? Nonsense.

Tried first time for a bogo deal on ubereats. Ordered a salmon poke bowl with corn salad and macaroni salad.The poke bowl was very mediocre and below average. The amount of salmon did not equate to the overall dish. There was so much rice at the bottom. The edamame did not look fresh nor taste fresh. The tamago (egg) was green... the imitation crab was so wet and salty.The corn salad was very disappointing. The corn itself didn't taste great, like a diluted corn, slightly bitter...The macaroni salad had a weird tangy taste. It was okay for a few bites. Kept it for a day in the fridge and it had fermented overnight and went sour.Just gross. They give candy with every order but don't order from here... not worth your money.

First time and also the last order from this place, I ordered the grilled chicken plate, this is what I got. The chicken is way too salty, and the food is not enough for a girl.

One of the best Hawaiian cuisine restaurant in London. I would definitely recommend to anyone who want to try some Hawaiian iconic dishes.Must try - BBQ platter and Poke bowl. Staff is really amazing and courteous.

Just got my order via Uber eats, it was a bogo deal, but I will not order again. Dumplings were combined together ( why?) - I didn't ask for combining two orders in one box. But what really got me upset is that there's no salmon in either of the full ponds - what did I pay for? Reported the issue to Uber Eats but regardless of a resolution, will not be ordering again. It's not that difficult to read an order of just two items.

Ordered the full-pond bowl and chicken dumplings. Great variety of toppings and really enjoyed the crab salad, but the poke was suspiciously fishy that it didn't seem fresh. Dumplings were great once reheated, as they arrived a bit cold. Perhaps would recommend to eat them directly at the store or nearby to seal the freshness.

The poke bowls we got were really good! I think even if we sit in we'll order take out bowls as the portions are too big for us to finish.

First time ordering here because I wanted to give it a try.I ordered the Hot Lava Bowl for take out found a LIVE bug/roach that was in the bowl halfway into my meal... huge red flag with sanitation!I won't be ordering here again.
