Words can't describe the professionally and expertise Bilal has shown over the years.He's helped repair half a dozen laptops and phones over the past three years. Every time it was faster, better, and cheaper than expected (based on my experience with other stores).I occasionally go to a different repair store to try out, and everytime I do, I find a new reason to appreciate this place.

I couldn't be more pleased - friendly, fast and knowledgeable service. I needed the screen repaired and battery replaced on my iPod Touch. Apple doesn't make iPod Touch any more. No problem, the repairs were done within 48 hours! I will not hesitate to recommend Hotspot to any friend in need of repairs. Five stars!
