Disgusting service. Utterly unprofessional.Ordered a sectional couch from them. They screwed up our order by putting in nails when we specifically requested no nails. After we contacted them to have the nails removed, the technician cancelled on us 3 times, each time giving us a bs response. They have zero respect for customers’ time.

I worked here for a week, but they did not pay me for it. When I ask for money, it says that you have not done any work. Not good for work.

Never ever deal with A-Class Upholstery they are highly unprofessional and #1 Cheaters. Absolutely ridiculous poor quality and craftmanship. This is a genuine, honest and unbiased advise to any retailer or end-consumer do not deal with these people if you want your reputation and image in the market.Not at all recommended!!!

Terrible company and customer service! As a retailer I ordered furniture from this company with a sales rep and the owner at the furniture trade show 2 months ago and had to chase them for 2 weeks to see where our order was. I was repeatedly given the runaround- call back tomorrow, here is our owners cell, the orders lady is not in today...What should have been a 3 week delivery ended up with someone finally telling me that our order was not confirmed and that we did not meet the order expectations to have ours made. No calls for the last 8 weeks to notify me, no reasoning, no apologies. mind you the reps were jumping over each other at the show to get our order in. Showing us all the options, and yet, we have nothing. I have been in furniture and design for over 9 years and I cannot understand why anyone would spend money to showcase at a tradeshow when this is how you operate. 1 star is generous here.
