Had 2 closings here. One was cash so not difficult one would think. Office staff had me fix a problem Greco (a name they purchased so no affiliation) had created in 1986!!! The office staff I delt with was rude. The other closing I too was the seller and it was an FHA nightmare mainly due to the buyers poor choice in a very new and shady realtor. The title company ALLOWED buyer and seller to be separated per shady realtor. Later I found out the buyers realtor screwed up the paper work and wanted another $843 of MY cash to help with the buyers escrow. FYI: I already gave them $5000+!!! When I started listing the ways in which I was getting screwed at the closing table the closing title agent from ATA told me he did not care!!! If I stole $100 let alone $843 of shorty's cash the little Napoleon want to be would be more than a little upset! But hey it is only my money so screw me in the eyes of ATA of GPW.

I sold my house three years ago and Shannon Boren with Greco/ATA handled the sale. Today I needed a copy of the paperwork. I sent her an email and she replied less than 10 minutes later with everything I needed.Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!

They did not pay accounts for which they withheld money for at closing. My Homeowners insurance was cancelled after the Insurance company had not received payment from ATA 45 days after closing. ATA withheld $500 for water and sewer bill and it is now 3 months after closing and I received notice that the water bill was never paid nor was I ever reimbursed for the excess.ATA made sure they were paid for their services but did not pay the accounts that were escrowed. I would never use them again.
