I can’t count how many times that we politely asked NOT to have the paper thrown in front of the door on the ground especially in the rain. This is not a tough thing to teach your carriers. Why even deliver because it’s a big, soppy mess. Please start respecting neighbourhoods and put in a minimal amount of effort.
