Thanks to Tier 1 Electrical for locating a GenerLink and cable for our son in PEI. They have experienced lengthy power outages over the last few years and will now be setup for the whatever weather may bring in the future.

First off, Geoff & Tier1 Electrical were recommended by a trusted source for a Generac whole home backup solution.Its a big investment...naturally I had plenty of questions for the electricians/installers that I considered for our home.Geoff at Tier1 stood out above all the rest in terms of responsiveness, attention to details and being thorough/patient throughout the entire process from our first interaction to the end with Generac installed.Post-installation Geoff recommended a 25hr engine break-in test period to ensure that everything ready to go when the power goes out...once that was done he returned to our house to give all the equipment a once-over, change oil/filter to synthetic ... all included in our original package price. I doubt other installers are going that extra mile.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tier1 for your Generac install!
