DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY if you are leaving your truck for after-hours drop off. I left my truck immaculately clean, and parked it in their designated area, and they tried to send me a huge bill the next day for a box spring and mattress in the rear of the truck, and not having folded the blankets. I spent countIess hours on the phone with head office to get this fine waived. I have heard similar complaints about this place from friends who have rented there and other U-Haul rentals locations in the area.

Jennifer and Jody took excellent care of me. I needed a truck on short notice and they were able to provide one. The truck was clean, ran well, and did the job just fine. When I needed to extend my use of the truck on more than one occasion, they were able to accommodate me. The cost was very fair and the service was perfect. I will go to them again the next time I need a truck.

SO helpful. Didn't try to find added fees to charge us, just made sure we had what we needed to make our move as stress-free as possible! Previously used the check-in app to pick up a truck and that went very smoothly as well.
