I needed batteries for my scooter and called in to see if they had them. Spoke to a Steve and he really surprised me cause this life everybody is in such a hurry to move on. He asked me for me email and send me pictures of the batteries he had and made sure they would fit my scooter. Having mobility issues I really appreciate the time he spent helping me out. At the end he delivered the batteries to my front door and the rolling around continues. Thanks Steve

Excellent customer service...beyond any other supplier I have dealt with. From the friendly staff on the phone to the service tech Steve, who repaired my parents stairlift. Steve took his time to discuss the issues I noticed with the stairlift and figured out the issues that were going on by carefully and meticulously inspecting the mechanics. He was also patient in educating me on troubleshooting in case of future issues. After dealing with other companies who don't even return our calls, my parents and I want to thank you and let you know how much we appreciate a company with such excellent customer care. We were in need of mobility equipment for our mother who had very specific needs. We dealt with Steve Dawson at Canada Care Medical who took great care in evaluating our mother’s needs including the arranging of an Occupational Therapist, measuring doors in her residence and providing access to different options. After tremendous attention to detail and concern for our mother’s accessibility issues, Steve recommended a perfect solution. Steve’s service and care/concern for our mother was nothing short of brilliant and was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Steve and Canada Care Medical and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

The employees at this store are true angels! I bought my mum a bath-lift and unfortunately she could not use it and I had to return it and requested an exchange for a hoyer lift instead and they helped me out with the transition, training and delivery. These people are incredibly kind, resourceful and go above and beyond. Looking forward to getting my mums wheelchair from you guys! Thank you for being so helpful

Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly, quick and responsive. Rented a bed for a few months, when it was time to pick it up l was told it would be a week until it could be recovered.lt would have went into another month, but l was assured l would not be charged.Will definitely use this location again if the situation arises.

Stephen’s the man here! Despite being under the weather and recuperating at home he did all he could to reserve the last transport chair for my mum. We had a good conversation about prices and plans and he was upfront about all charges involved. The executive at the new storefront on Steeles Ave. W was also very accommodating since she kept the shutters open till the last minute when I phoned in to inform that I got stuck on 401. Canada Care Medical delivered the medical supplies that we needed promptly. Even though they had to navigate rural roads, in the dark, they arrived at our door the day that we needed them. Canada Care Medical referred us to a great physiotherapist to be measured up and approved quickly for a much-needed rollator-walker. Really appreciate the expertise and patience of Evelyn by phone and in person to bring the right item into stock and even assemble it. Very convenient parking right in front of store. Thank you :)
