TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Not impressed. My TD visa infinite card was not linked to my all inclusive banking and as such I was charged the annual credit card fee (which I should not have been). I phoned the credit card number and got the charges removed (good) but when the branch at Pioneer Dr. called me back and I asked for compensation for the hassle. I was told sorry we don't do compensation". Not even an apology from the branch; not impressed with the service."

This branch definitely is the worst in the KWC. They don’t have enough resources for their own and got merged with the another branch. I feel sorry for the people working there. Zero star.

This branch is extremely disappointing to do business with, as the staff is unhelpful and provides a terrible customer experience.

I feel conflicted with anyone that leaves a KW TD bank branch a positive or a negative review. I think these folks try their best. If I had to take my sister for a quick Pad Thai and stop in to deposit a few cash deposits, this is the place I’d do it. I suppose I have the Wintertons to thank for that. Five stars!

With 3 months again had bad customer experience. This time my wife and me both feel that by looking us there voice tone change and way of talking to us. Look like they are discriminating us. My wife went to operate our box and refuse to allowed it. we have box there since 6 years and 2 year ago they change due to their problem and don't update record and my wife name was missing from their document. They are even not listen that this was not our fault. TD head office is also not doing much. I had previously complaint for same ladies but nothing happen. I encounter with Manager Customer Service (HK) of this branch but she never listen us. Always try and pressure us to do what she want.

I am new to this country, Ravneet Kaur my advisor helped to understand the different types of accounts and its outcomes in future. She explained me details that I booked another appointment for it. Was one of best experiences ever had. Thanks for amazing help. Good team work!!

Wonderful experience for our morgtage solution at this location.Maria is the best, she provide us the great proffesional assistance for all our need, with all her knowledge and sincerity.Very happy with our first TD experience.

Staff at this branch are not trained in anything, be it financial matters or basic curtesy. It is a stressful experience to get anything done at this location and I now much prefer the longer drive to my Oakville branch whenever possible to take care of my affairs. I sincerely hope this location is closed, TD is going downhill with each passing day anyway, but this branch is on the fast track of teaching there. Avoid visiting.

Don’t bother doing your banking here.They are not competent and waste of your time at this location !!

Rude, unhelpful and impersonal staff. Not security conscious.When I entered, there was nobody in sight. Waited around for a while until someone came out of what looked like a lunchroom and got a look like a customer being there was a problem. Asked for my banking services and she directed me to an ATM. Asked if I can work with a person? Was instead curtly directed again to the ATM.When I asked a question about my account she looked it up - BUT she just took my card out of sight and started entering my banking information on her keyboard instead of having me swipe it securely with a PIN entry through a machine. She then provided me the information without verifying my identity.When I asked again to handle my banking with a person, she would not help me, again rudely told me to use an ATM. I told her I'd rather work with a person at another branch and she told me I was welcome to take my business elsewhere.This has been my branch since I was a kid, clearly customer service and security is no longer a priority to TD and it's reflecting through the attitude of their staff. Seems like other reviewers are having similar experiences.
