The front lady is terrifying, but I understand that you need someone who isn't a pushover when you run an ODP.As a person with a chronic illness, I have struggled with finding a doctor who doesn't simply look at one part of me in isolation. Dr. Tikriti is the most holistic doctor I've ever met, maybe even the most holistic human being. He absolutely takes care of every aspect of his patients' well being. He has truly relieved my suffering in his bedside manner, and I know that even though I'm in pain now, he's on my side and I am not alone on this scary journey anymore. He has changed my life.

My Dr who works out of the clinic, had to take leave due to medical issues himself, I needed prescription refills, meds I have been taking for 8 years refilled. The reception said they will never fax a refill to your Pharmacy and ignored the Pharmacy when they requested it from them. They also stated because my Dr was away they aren't allowed to fo anything unless I came in, I am 1 hour away from them, and still, and have no way to get to them, the said oh we can get you a phone appointment buy earliest is 9 days away, we'll have 7 days of meds left. Due to them not returning and information to my Pharmacy. As they extended it once, they needed Dr approval the next time. There website shows they are slow at this time but was on hold for 45 minutes.Do not use this Clinic if you want respect and compassion, they really don't care at the Reception desk and will not do anything extra.

Love my family doctor but hate this clinic. You get put on hold constantly, used to be extended hold periods, and now it disconnects you after fifteen mins. What is the point of a Dr's office if I can't even get through to book an appointment? Extremely frustrating and unhelpful.

Was on hold for 15 minutes only to be hung up on...twice. what a joke. Do better and answer the phone to let people know they are in the que. Not just have a robot tell you your call is important to us

Dr. Tikriti is great but the front desk staff leaves much to be desired. Since going there, no one has ever returned my calls, and if you try and get someone there not with the pain clinic they refuse to even answer the phone a lot of the time and when they do they refuse to inform the pain clinic receptionist 5 feet away and interrupt, talk over you and cut you off. Starting to think maybe I should look at a different clinic.

The pediatrician my kids see here is amazing but trying to book an appointment, not so much. They NEVER answer their phones. So far, today, I have been calling for 45min, now keep in mind that it hangs up on you every 15min. Before this I called for THREE DAYS STRAIGHT. That is insane, maybe try hiring someone who's ONLY job is to answer the phone!! There is no excuse for this, completely unprofessional

I can add nothing to Aera L.'s excellent testimonial regarding Dr. Tikriti, who is possibly the most compassionate and thorough physician l've had the good fortune to meet. I feel heard". I feel cared for. I feel hope. I learned more about myself in three visits than l did with a psychiatrist in three years

My experience with Excel Health Clinic's front desk reception this last Saturday was extremely disappointing. The receptionist's unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge and dismissive attitude left me with a negative impression of the clinic as a whole. I strongly urge the clinic management to address these issues and improve the quality of their front desk service to ensure a more positive patient experience in the future.

It is definitely the best I've been treated with complex pain/CRPS. Treat you as best he can if you miss appt. Which is hard to find nowadays but don't do it if you can. Poor nurse's have an unenviable job.
