Horrible experience. Simple carport to garage conversion for $3k charges in drawings which resulted in a permit that was provided without my collaboration or consultation ...rushed to provide back to the city with revisions so that they could get paid. 6- 8 week delays in submitting the application to the city. The permit and revised drawings were complete overkill fora 6 concrete slab. Fast forward 4 months later after my continual efforts with the city to reconsider the revisions thinkform submitted without my input ..and finally a site visit the city revised plan was agreed to which was very reasonable. Then thinkform wanted to charge me another $1200 to make the changes for the drawings that should have been submitted in the first place. This is what architects are hired for ...their expertise and supposed knowledge. In the end suspension walls is what was the solution and should have been submitted in the first place or for the revisions that the city was open to receiving. I refuse to pay another $1200 when I was not even consulted for revisions. $3k later and alot of effort and time invested by me...not the architect. This is very unprofessional

Thinkform Architecture executes their work with professionalism and integrity. I love Simone's artistic flair and that he and his staff listen well. It is good to work with people that are passionate about what they do and that are all about integrating great design and quality into their projects.

Do not go with this company. Here is my horrible experience with them: I needed a certification letter and a floor plan. I had clearly delivered my requirements, and they gave me a quote of $770.00. Then they asked me for a deposit of $169.50 in order to proceed. So I paid the deposit and wasted a few weeks waiting. Now they raised the quote to $2335.00, with the exact things that I asked for to be delivered, and claiming it's because they need to create a floor plan (well that's exactly what I asked for when they gave me the initial quote).
