I have been a client at Innovations in Hair for many years and should have shared a review much earlier. However, when you get comfortable with a place, you forget just how special they are. While every business wants to make money, some actually care about their clients. Innovation’s thoughtful and diligent response to covid safety protocols demonstrates that they are about more than just a good haircut. Sorry that it has taken a pandemic to give you the five stars you deserve.

It had been pre-covid since my last hair cut and my ends wete basically fried from an outgrown bleach/perm from two years ago. I needed a trim badly, and contemplated a fresh balayage, but happened to be in London at the time. After a quick search, I selected this salon because I saw they used Davines products - a sign that they do things properly! I called and was able to book immediately with Maritza. She was so kind and a pleasure to speak with the entire time, and did her best to try to achieve the cut and balayage I wanted. Needless to say, she was wonderful and clearly enjoyed her job. I would definitely return here again if I am in London. Their service is wonderful and the salon is immaculate. If you want a beautiful balayage by an artist who cares about her work and clients - book with Maritza!

I am glad I found Innovations in Hair, the people are friendly, the place is very nice and my hair cut was just as I wanted (I have curly hair and it is very difficult to find hair stylists who know how to cut curly hair properly). Not to mention the great price. I'll be going back there for sure.

I had a really great experience here, from start to finish! The salon is clean and welcoming. Maria did a good job washing my hair, she was gentle but thorough, and very professional!It was also my first time meeting Crystal, she gave me a total hair makeover and was very honest about what was feasible for my hair and it’s condition, I put my complete trust in her and I’m so happy I did.Sitting in Crystals chair was the most relaxed I’ve ever felt in a salon,even with not knowing her beforehand I felt very comfortable with her!I will be back no doubt. Those girls took excellent care of me and I really can’t thank them enough :)
