Came here on an Oilers game day. The restaurant was pretty busy, but not overwhelming. The staff were great. Our waiter could have visited our table a little more often, but I'm not upset, since it was so busy. The food was prepared way quicker than expected, so that was a very pleasant surprise and straight from the oven/stove! The appetizers were very delicious! Thanks Brewster's for a great dinner!

Have not been here in 20 years. Thanks Kennedy B for introducing new flavored beer. The menu was ok and there was nothing for children even though their website indicated they have a menu for children. The prices were too high for the amount of food we got. Was double charged for wings instead of the suggested platter. For 3 people (1adult and 2 teen boys) , the bill came to 90 bucks. ouch

I went here at an odd time, it wasn't crowded.I was in search of a bison burger. And a bison burger I got ! This was a bison burger with maple bacon with crispy onion.For drink, the gentleman behind the bar gave me tasters of a few beers based on my preferences, and I chose the raspberry beer. It was not too sweet, very flavorful. Perfect for this girl who does not enjoy IPAs.This place is 5 minutes from the zoo! So naturally I had to stop here on my way to see the animals.

The servers are much better than they were 5 years ago when I left my first review for this place, which was a single star only. The kitchen is doing better as well, but they seem to frequently run out of popular items. The food is decent enough, when it's available. We still eat here once every couple weeks because it's convenient, and real competition in the area could win our business without too much trouble.

My kids took me here for Mother's Day dinner yesterday (so dinner service for 5). The atmosphere was very welcoming, bright, and open. The menus have something for everyone. Our waitress was really nice and answered all our questions. The food quality was great and hot when it arrived at our table, however the kitchen did mess up two of our orders which ending up meaning that we were not all done eating around the same time as we had to wait fir food to be cooked brought out that wasn't brought out with everyone else's. Otherwise was a nice experience and will probably go back.

Went here for a first date. The location is a bit tricky due to the construction but you just have to be patient. Once inside it seems a little bit dark but the back has lots of windows that make it nice and bright.Decided that since the weather was nice to sit outside. They have a sizeable patio. Had to ask the servers how to get outside though. The opening is behind a counter that I didn't think I was allowed behind. We laughed and I took the table to the right, sat and waited for my date.While waiting I got to hang out with a little mouse! Sadly, it was the highlight of my date. This lil mouse kept on staring at me and was just adorable. My rating has nothing to do with the mouse though. I quite enjoyed his company.While waiting for my date I asked the servers if I could sample two of their fruitier beers as I'm on the hunt for one that I like. They provided me with two lil glasses of them. Tried their 52nd St Peach Ale and their River City Raspberry Ale. Preferred the Raspberry, believe I got a 12 oz. which came with raspberries on top.For my meal I picked their Fish Tacos. Love me a good fish taco and theirs came with fries which at other places they do not. The fish tacos were seasoned with southwestern spiced haddock, chipotle slaw, sriracha mayo and pico de gallo on a grilled tortillas. As normal you get three and they're small. What I noticed was for $16.99, there was such a small portion of fish in my taco, it made me wonder why the cost was $16.99. It tasted really good and I loved that I didn’t need to add anything else for flavor, but the amount of fish was tiny and that is where they failed. Maybe had the serving of fries been bigger since they’re a filler, I would have been okay. But for $16.99 I find it to be overpriced for what you got. My date got chicken fingers and fries. His portion of fries was also quite small.Overall I loved their patio and patio mouse, their selection of beer is good, still on a hunt for one that I really love and I wouldn’t order the fish tacos as there was soo little fish that it does not warrant the cost.

This was my first time at this location and I had walked in to pick up a take out order after my bf and I had done renos all day.I waited at the front for a while, not seeing anyone around. Then this guy came in behind me and walked straight in, a server came and greeted him immediately and another came and convinced him to sit at her bar, then they all looked at me and walked away so I followed suit assuming I would get the same service....I had to find my way to someone who finally noticed me (there were servers doing deep cleaning duties and a pretty empty restaurant) and she rudely assumed I was a skip driver and continued to start her bar customers and chat with other servers at the bar... so I went to see if the kitchen could just help me as I could see my food sitting there (been there about 15 mins now), the server rudely said you can't wait here" and snapped at me so I just said I'd wait where I can ensure I'm being helped... and seconds after she walked into the back
