Every time we come here its a dissappintment. This time we ordered a Big Mac Meal with a milkshake. We got a random pop with the meal and charged us extra for the milkshake. And the burger bun was torn up? Plus they don't serve ice cream after 7pm even though they are open 24 hours. For $30 bucks go to a real restaurant.

I am regular customer to this McDonald’s, every time I go they say we are out of cream cheese , we are out of chicken items, last time I paid extra through mobile order for cream cheese bagel and when I got there they say we don’t have cream… waste of money and time.Very bad over here , now I think need to to go somewhere else rather than here!!

If you aren’t going to prioritize a skip order, or make the driver wait at the restaurant for over an hour to get the order, here’s an idea.. DON’T ACCEPT THE ORDER. Sat waiting for almost an hour and a half while getting messages that “McDonalds needs more time”. This has happened to me twice now from this store in the last 2 months I’m completely different times. I’ve learned my lesson now and will not be ordering again and I recommend others to do the same.

A young man stopped in to warm up his hands this evening. He was causing no trouble; staying to himself. He was there less a minute and was told by the manager to leave. Really???? you can't let someone, who isn't bothering anyone, stay and warm up a bit? What kind of person are you, Mr. Manager?

You can have good food fast food or McDonald's the staff seem to do there best to ignore customers I understand they feel there underpaid and want us to use the kiosks but sometimes you need a staff member but half the time the staff option gets it wrong and God forbid the staff actually take time out to restock and clean the bathrooms

food quality and customer service has gone downhill in recent years. it seems like there menu has expanded to the point where they are unable to focus on quality of the key products, fries are bland, burgers are dry. even the drinks tasted watered down

Since I am a fairly regular visitor to the Brandon restaurants, the customer service has gone down hill since the franchise group (Brandon restaurants ) owners changed. They are less polite and responsive to complaints and the management are only interested in profitability. The restaurant cleaning has also got terrible!

The lid on my large coffee was not put on properly, when the girl handed me my coffee the lid popped off and I wore over half of it. It left a red mark on my leg and a mess of my vehicle. This was a first for me, but I will be back. This happened Sat. June 10, 2023.
