Me and my friend walked into the store and were looking at some shoes, the employee was sittin by the till on her phone didn’t say hello didn’t even acknowledge that we were in her store, we walked out and I won’t be coming back

We bought my son a pair of Nike shoes, all white. They were $115 and were recommended a protectant for them. We bought what was recommended to us, got home and applied it. It turned the stitching yellow. I called the store, and spoke with Madison, the store manager who told me there was nothing they could do. She called it “user error.” To which I explained, we applied it exactly the way they told us to. Terrible customer service. We will not be back to this location.

I have never had a more pleasant customer service experience than I did today. The manager, Madison, helped me and my girlfriend so much that she and this store have my service for life. My girlfriend bought me the wrong size shoes so we went to Blackwell to exchange for a different size. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size I needed and I was pretty bummed out. Madison then told me that she might have some alternatives to show me so she went to the back and brought me 5 different pairs she thought I would like based on the shoes I was exchanging. She had good instincts because not only did she find a similar pair to what I wanted but she also convinced me to get out of my comfort zone and buy converse for the first time and I loved them. So I got both based off her knowledge and experience with converse herself! If anyone shops at white oaks mall, I strongly recommend taking a trip to Blackwell and asking for Madison. Best. Service. Ever.

I want to thank Paige for all her service during my shopping experience at Blackwell. She as fun , positive and extremely helpful when picking out my shoe choice. 5 star customer service.
