Park Play B&A - Evergreen

The staff are great with the kids and our two kids have always been excited to go!

Terrible communication skills, Slow to respond, expensive, and nothing but frustration for our family. Would not recommend!!!

The schools out summer camp is run by people who are incapable of proving sufficient supervision for children. Their staff and management lack empathy, respect, communication, honesty and consistency. The summer camp is not licensed and they do not have any policies or regulations that are provided to families with children involved in their care. There is no small groups happening here as they state that they practice on their webpage, and ages don’t seem to matter as they expect 5 year olds to be grouped with, and play along side 12 year old children. The staff are consistent however, at leaving out important details about your child’s day that should be addressed at pick up or by phone call to parents, like injuries, behaviours and concerns. I would not recommend Park and Play your child will not be experiencing an educational, enjoyable or safe environment.

This daycare is a disaster. Staff seem very uneducated and lack common sense and communication skills. There’s no control over the children. On more than one occasion, I’ve seen children unsupervised, playing in different classrooms or running up and down the halls. No “educator” in sight. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This park play location is a disaster. I am so terribly disappointed with how unprofessional Evergreen is run. The children are yelled at frequently, the cost is $320/ month for full time and the food and snacks that are offered are a joke and not nutritious. There is a high turnover of staff and the manager is greatly lacking PR skills. The one supervisor who actually has common sense and treated the kids well has been transferred to a different location. Recently, staff have been threatened to come to work or risk losing their job despite having illness symptoms. All the kids are put at risk along with anyone they come into contact with. Public Health will be notified immediately along with the superiors of Park Play.
