The Stittsville Handyman

I have had the Stittsville Handyman out for 2 small jobs at my house and they are excellent! These were jobs that we did not want to do ourselves and I appreciate Ryan being open to taking on small projects. The guys work fast, provide updates on the project and clean up so well after each day of work. Hope to use them again in the future when we have a larger project to complete!

Master bathroom remodel-We could not be happier with our new master bathroom. Connor, Ryan and their crew worked with us to make this reno go as smooth as renos go. Connor knows what works in the space to make everything look esthetically pleasing. We had a few hiccups with orders being back ordered/delayed so Connor and Ryan were quick to offer suggestions and even go buy/pickup alternatives which we are incredibly happy with. All contractors that arrived were pleasant, knowledgable and ready to listen to our many concerns offering up suggestions or reassurance. We would not hesitate to have them back for future projects.

Recently they came over to give us an estimate. One of the brothers gave us a ballpark price and we were told that the other brother would send us a quote on several options for our job. We were told they had time to do it soon. Then we got an email stating that all of a sudden they had another job pushed forward and they could not do the job .. Too many companies like this around. They were looking for the big job.

What amazing service and quality is all I can say. My first time doing a major reno and after hearing all the horror stories out there with contractors, I was a little nervous. Well, the Stittsville Handyman took away all doubts quickly as they did such an incredible job on my Master Bathroom complete remodel and my front entrance remodel, including powder room and building out a closet. The workmanship was excellent and they showed up every single day and put in hard work. I loved them so much I am having them back for my kitchen!

We had Connor over to handle the majority of a major bathroom renovation and could not be happier with the entire process. They became part of the family for a few weeks and handled our overly dramatic dog with little issue. Honestly, they just seemed like good people and wanted the job to be done right throughout. Also, we were serenaded daily by Connor as he loves to sing along to the radio (only the chorus, really). No stress on this reno.

We can't say enough about the quality of work and service from The Stittsville Handyman. From beginning to end, they were attentive, communicative, and courteous, and we are thrilled with the end result.Our initial contractor kept delaying our project and as soon as we spoke with Ryan we felt we were a priority. We are so happy we made the switch! Connor and Sam were punctual, respectful, thorough, and always promptly resolved any issues that arose along the way. They are knowledgeable and meticulous, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our results.We will be definitely contacting them again for future projects and will be recommending them to anyone!

Can’t say enough good things about the team. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful at every turn. The work they did on our ensuite was the highest quality, and they handled unfortunate shipping damage/delays (totally outside of their control) with grace. I really appreciated their help with design choices when we weren’t sure of our next steps. I would definitely recommend them, and I hope they’ve still got room in the schedule when it’s time for our next renovation.

We just had a full basement renovation completed by the The Stittsville Handyman, and we couldn’t be happier with the results as well as the whole renovation experience.  From start to finish, the whole crew was amazing and such a pleasure to deal with.Our basement was totally unfinished, so they started from scratch.  We ended up with a beautiful TV space/gathering area with a 3 sided fireplace, a large playroom for our grandchildren, and a 3 piece bathroom.  Our particular basement layout produced many challenges along the way, all of which The Stittsville Handyman handled with ease.  They found options and solutions that exceeded our expectations.  They listened to what we wanted, but at the same time offered informative suggestions or alternatives when we needed advice.From the initial quote to the finished product, the whole experience was extremely positive.  They continuously kept us aware of what was being done, of any problems that arose, and provided solutions. They are professional, punctual, hardworking, meticulous, respectful, and tidy.  When they do something, they do it right, and the attention to detail and the strive for perfection is something that is very rare these days.  The finished spaces are much better than we had expected and everything was completed to the highest standard.If planning any future renovations, we very highly recommend The Stittsville Handyman….they are the real deal.

Great experience with The Stittsville Handyman. They dropped of their dump trailer on my driveway, I filled it up with and they took it away the next day. Very easy and and professional service. Definitely recommend them!

From the first point of contact to the last day on the project the fellas at the Stittsville Handyman have been wonderful to deal with. They arrive on time, are always tidy and respectful and even bring treats for my dog! The work in my bathroom was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Every day they were great, always happy to see me and greeted me and the dog. They clearly know what they are doing and they are great at talking through the project to give feedback on designs and even added some great suggestions that I wouldn't have thought to do otherwise. I am so glad that I booked these fellas for my bathroom renovation. The tile work in the shower is on point and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area.
