Had some issues with my sons car. Older Volkswagen. They only fixed what needed to be done. Excellent pricing and great service. Would highly recommend.

Unbelievable scammers. I had to get Consumer Protection to straighten out their fraud. WCA kept my car for a week and did unauthorized repairs, but not the repairs I asked for.They did not provide an estimate, which is illegal. They held my car hostage until I paid for the unauthorized repairs, and the car still didn't run even close to okay. As just one issue, I then had to drive without AC for several hot weeks since they did not repair it. They clearly did not even bother to test drive my car.I got a refund through the government agency, thank goodness, but in the meantime spent a lot of money using UBER.Be aware Yen operates under several business names, as Consumer Protection discovered while tracking them down to proceed. Slippery as heck, and utterly disdainful of a female vehicle owner.

We came here to buy the car 2008 Civic Hybrid Certified. The car has some weird noise and after we discuss about the price from 6800 to 6400 and will pick up the day after (we signed the paper work, they might destroy them already). The day we went to see the car is on March 22nd 2019 (4pm-4:30pm) and the day we pick the car is on March 23rd 2019 (12:30pm). And the guy at customer service told me “its sold” because yesterday when we left, he is off and other salemen of them sold the car. And when i signed the paper work, we had witnesses of the boss (the boss signature, im not sure he has jot yet destroyed it), the Mechanic guy who went on the drive test with me, the guy who agreed the deal with me and my girlfriend. How you feel about this business if you were me ? It looks like scams. I will report this on BBB and everywhere that i could. It is just the car but their attitude is really bad and customer service is so cruel.they even called someone explained what does he mean and a single sorry then try to pass it on. Once time service and dont come here if you have a lower price offers.

I would recommend. They were very busy but still managed to squeeze me in and fix my front ball joint the same day

Great experience working with WCA Smart Auto. Yen is a fair guy and did his best to save me money where he could and give me extras when he could, all for a pretty awesome price. Got my truck ship shape with a saftey in just a couple days. Thanks again, I'll be back

I bought a Jeep that was supposedly safetied from WCA and the front wheel fell off two days later as I was on the major highway going to Spruce Woods. The owner refused to pay for the tow truck as his was under repairs. He refused to fix all that needed to be done for a safe vehicle. I took it to another shop in town... Westwood Auto Tec... and they had to put another $8000 for it to be properly safe for the road. I bought the Jeep from Moray Auto Sales & Repair so please be careful if you value your safety. Thanks for reading this as I don’t want anyone to experience what I went through. I am currently getting a report together for the BBB.
