I am extremely happy with my purchase.The salesperson was knowledgeable and supportive. However delivery was a bit delayed and I was informed about that.i completely understand that during these uncertain times delivery can be challenging.I bought Canadian made couch, the quality is way superior than I expected.It fits really well in my living room :)

Bought our couch set from here and dealt with Ricky, very accommodating, very detailed, very easy to deal with. We were able to chose from a wide variety of colors, the material and pillows. Great prices so we came for more furniture, stay tuned for more reviews!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!...And if you MUST, get on the truck and inspect what is in the truck and IF it is same model as you ordered BEFORE they offload it !OUR EXPERIENCE :1. Delivery was days days late.2. They brought half of the stuff and demanded full payment. When we refused, they threatened to take everything back. When we stoodOur ground, they accepted half payment.3. Upon unwrapping, the sofa set they brought was wrong model. The delivery guys refused to take it back and asked us to talk to the management. Repeated calls to management were made and each time, there was a promise that the error will be corrected but nothing was done. Every day the sofa set reminds us why not to buy from them ever again !!I did not know about better business bureau at that time. Otherwise, would have certainly made a complaint.

I had an amazing experience working with the staff at Paramount Furniture. I showed them an inspiration picture of what I was looking for and they custom created the pieces for me.

We received our new set of recliners today and we love it!!! Daljit who I talked to in the beginning of selection process is so helpful and I think gave me the best advice to wait for new shipment… I’m glad I listen coz the recliners we got are the best and top quality!!! I would like to do a special mention to the 2 hard working gentlemen Lakhvir and Honey who delivered these to us in Montreal for Freeeeee!!! They are so nice and so helpful and setup these for us in the basement. Frank and I are so happy with this purchase and experience with Paramount Furniture… highly recommended!

I am their repeat customer. I bought sofa. Everyone loved it. Now I am buying furniture for my entire house. I bought bed set. Dining set. Thank you for the outstanding work Ekta and the entire team. Actually I have very busy schedule but still they handle everything for me hassle free. 10 stars. They make my life easy and everything is excellent.

If you are considering shopping here, I strongly recommend against it. I ordered a customized reversible sectional and the only thing that was done right was the material and the colour. I now have a sofa in a style I didn't order and as you can see from my pics, it isn't even made properly! The first picture is what was originally delivered to me (an oversized ottoman that didn't fit the cushion), the second picture is the fix" (which is now an incredibly undersized ottoman that doesn't fit the cushion).If this is their business and this is the products that their manufacturers produce

Excellent experience.We are happy because we got exactly what we saw and we wanted. And it is better than we expected.Excellent customer service by Ms. Rubneet.She ensured we get what we want and we get it within the stipulated time.Delivery was smooth, done by professional people who did no hassle like many others do.The bed box had turned out to be bigger and we wanted the ply base for lower ground clearance.Mr. Narinder the owner made that happen really fast and delivery guys coordinated well with us.I would highly recommend them to anyone as they have literally anything in any range.They have 3 locations so its really convenient to shop anywhere and exchange/follow up anywhere.
