I will NEVER SHOP at this beading store again. The shop owner Rhonda is absolutely rude!!!! She only cares about $$$ and not customer service. She totally embarrassed me while I was there in front of staff and other customers while I WAS PAYING for a small purchase. Customer service is what defines a company and is the most important aspect of any good business. You owe me an apology for being rude in your store and on the phone. I will make sure I tell everyone I know or anyone who asks not to shop at your store!!!

Rhonda is absolutely amazing! She knows her stuff and is so warm and welcoming. The store has a wonderful selection of beads, clasps, cording, chain, and more! I usually find everything I'm looking for! Love this place!!

My wife and I walked by tonight. It was just past 5 p.m. which is when they close, but the front door was open and my wife saw a necklace and earring set that she wanted to buy. She walked in but a woman approached her, and told her they were closed and said that they were open at 10am during the week. My wife I told her that we didn't live in Fort Langley and would not be back here for a very long time. The woman who worked there smiled, but then held her arm out and escorted my wife's out the store. We won't be back.

Nice little jewelry shop In Fort Langley. Prices are great. Lots of selection and very nice people. The day we went all earrings were $9.99. Such a great deal!
