Place is really clean and staff are friendly and helpful, pool and all kinds of activities for kids.Again though, location is a problem. Seeing that it's downtown, random homeless people try to come in and enter the Boys and Girls change rooms or bathrooms to smoke drugs. It's another prime example that the local government of London has no care for their working class citizens and the future of the city, they would rather continue to take in the homeless population from Toronto and Sarnia (which obviously they never mention on the news) and have no care for costs in tax or housing for the people who work minimum wage jobs or even ensuring having a safe space for children.

Our class goes on field trips here every other Wednesday for this entire year. Today was the last Wednesday we went. All the staff were rude to us today and most of the year. The gym staff got mad at us for touching equipment that was left out, saying it was $1,000, and said we broke the equipment, which didn't happen. I was on so told by security that if I don't eat food that we made, I would get kicked out, and he would tell the front desk the only two people that worked here that were nice where Laura and Mario

This place is awesome tons of stuff to do here a great place for seniors to do their activities and students to learn. Everyone here is so welcoming and very kind and I'm very glad I had the opportunity to have gone here.

Haley hasn’t worked here since she moved from STA to this summer day camp in 2013.

Great place for kids to learn and grow.the Staff their is always nice and helpful, and u can't beat their prices for kids activey. I recommend this place to my friends all the tine.

Really nice place for the kids. We went for a birthday party and I was pleasantly surprised with the pool area and staff!

My daughter attended summer camp 2020. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Made her feel very special and included in all activities. Very positive experience, would highly recommend!

Great place for kids of all ages. There are lots of activities here all centered around spots. There's also a swimming pool that also offers lessons.There is a weight room, gym with all sorts of sports etc.Check availability and hours as often they have programs that you need to be signed up to in order to take part.

My kiddo obsolutely loves it here. I love it for him aswell. Inclusion is amazing meets my little ones needs. ❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first time visiting this establishment for one of my child's friends' birthdays. It is a very large facility that appears to be well looked after. We used the pool and one of the side rooms. The pool was taken care of by a facility lifeguard who was very helpful and attentive.We would definitely consider using this location for a party in future.
