I highly recommend this experience to anyone who’s experiencing chronic pain. Float therapy is an one hour of pur relief. You get to float at zero gravity and the water is just the perfect temperature. I admit the first time it took me a moment to settle and just let go, but once I did, the feeling of relaxation and well-being is just amazing. After the hour is done, I felt so relax and fully energized. But the best feeling was that I didn’t feel any pain in my body for most of the day after and had the best night sleep. It’s amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a clean and safe environment. I’ve already been twice and I’ll definitely be going back as often as possible.
