The manager (blonde lady) is extremely rude. Rushed me the entire time I was trying on shoes. Then closed the till five minutes before the time she told me the store closes when I had called in before, leaving me stranded at the counter with the pair of shoes I wanted to buy. She said she could put them on hold for another day. I decided not to return to the store to buy them. She also claimed she could tell that a pair of shoes I bought online are knockoffs but refused to tell me how she knew so that I could avoid that mistake again. Pretty jerk move.

Called in looking for a specific item for Christmas and the guy who answered ( Maxwell I think) was super helpful answered all my questions and was so pleasant to talk with over the phone. Even went through the back looking for the item then offered me some other solutions to help get what I am looking for. We have purchased from here before and always had great service.

I called to ask about a product and was met with one of the rudest people on the other line I’ve ever encountered, she was short, not helpful and even went as far as to tell me that she couldn’t help me, it wasn’t a hard ask. I told her no problem, I would go to someone else who wanted my business, they lost out on over $600 dollars in blundstone purchases for my kids and husband. Awful, glad to have gone to another shoe store and received much better customer service. Get that girl off the phone, she is awful.

There are no many store locations.If you live outside Victoria refunds or exchanges are not possible.Customer service did not provide us with an alternative solution.

Lady there who appears to be a manager (50's, short, blonde hair with karen cut) provided the worst customer service I have ever seen.While she did do her job, she had little patience, never smiled once throughout the entire shopping experience, and was unaccommodating to customer needs. She also gave judgmental looks during try-ons and overall made it such an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience we lost all interest in buying from this particular store.I don't know how people like this can work in the customer service industry without any repercussions.

Terrible customer service. Today I went to the store with my mom to buy our first pair of hiking boots (we were very excited about it) when we got there this lady who appeared to be the manager was very rude to us. We of course wanted to try different types of boots because as I said it was our first time buying hiking boots which are also very expensive and she didn’t have any patience at all. We wanted to buy more stuff there but we decided not to because it felt like the lady was rushing us to leave! Worst experience ever! Never coming back again. I saw a lot of bad reviews, apparently from the same person, and I find it weird that she still works there.

Walked in looking for a new Canadian goose jacket, Lady who appeared to be manager came over and very rudely told us that the jackets were very expensive and if we weren’t serious about purchasing one we should let others into the store in our place. (apparently had a store cap but wasn’t telling others who came in after us to wait outside if the store was cap) We were in process of trying on a jacket and hadn’t even been in the store for 2mins very rude lady would not recommend shopping here to anyone and to the nice gentleman who works there and apologized on the manager behave you deserve so much better and honestly should find a new job.

My partner and I went to try on the Canada goose jackets as we are using them for up north,We both have owned them before and know how much they cost but wanted to try on new styles before we purchase them. Before I could even see the styles the lady told us “ you do realize how much those cost right ?” -_- I did know exactly how much they were and was planning on purchasing the jacket but I left feeling like I was judged for nothing ? Will not be back
