I felt a bit disappointment, however, she encouraged me to change strategy which turn out to be highly effective at last. Three weeks after we changed strategy, our house received the best offer ever. Last but not the least, she was always honest and never hesitated to communicate with us. She elaborated the pros and cons of different strategies to us before we proceeded. She gave us a lot of confidence to negotiate with buyers through detailed analysis of various senarios after we received multiple offers. She always put our interest and need first.
