It's a convenient branch just off the Major Mackenzie exit of the 400. This branch is on the smaller side so book your appointments in advance as they do not seem to have as many financial advisors as other locations. It was not busy when I went in (a Thursday at 6 PM) so that's a plus. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly and what I imagine were very regular customers greeted the tellers like they are friends. That was cool to see.

There is always a homeless individual inside the vestibule and it's uncomfortable when you're alone with said person. Safety factor is out the window. Why has this not been addressed?

The worst branch! No customer service at all. The so called “manager” Mirella is a very unpleasant person. Rude and thinks she’s better than everyone else. They wouldn’t complete my transaction meanwhile I went to another branch and they did it no problem. Lazy managers who don’t want to do their job and just sit at their desk thinking they are all high and mighty. Avoid this branch if you can!

After waiting for 15 minutes inside the branch for my mortgage renewal appointment, they finally informed me that the financial advisor that I supposed to meet is sick and not in today!!!! They didn't even bother to call me in the morning and letting me know about the appointment cancelation while I was taking the whole day off for that meeting.

Excellent Customer service by Mashied, Vincenza & Team! I am a first time home buyer and got my first mortgage at this location. Mashied & Vincenza showed great professionalism & expertise throughout the process. The communication via e-mail, phone calls and in-person was exceptional & timely. I never felt rushed or pressured to get a mortgage from them. They patiently answered all my questions, educated me at every step and helped me tremendously to make the best decisions. I am very happy and pleased with my experience at this location.

So, the atm in the enclosed area has a homeless person sleeping in there. The drive through atm machine doesn't do any withdrawals at the moment. Great. Good job Scotia. Yet, you have no problem hiking up the fees for your so-called service". I have no idea why you got rid of the card entry in order to use the atms after hours. What about people's safety? When you finally can use the ATM

scotiabank is by far the most pathetic banks i have ever dealt with. they try to hard to make them self perfect where they have angry customers after. they act like putting in effect more fraud preventatives will save them, you are making loyal customers angry

I couldn't reset my online banking password at another scotia location, was told that I had to call them. I tried a second time at this location to see if maybe they could help and thankfully I did. The employee was very helpful and was able to resolve my problem. This is now my go-to branch for banking with Scotia.

Today I had an appointment with Nitika, a finicial advisor to open a new account.I got late, reached there almost closing time, I was thinking that they gonna ask me visit another day but Nitika was so professional and nice, she helped me ro open a new account and provided all the information.
