Tony and Shane were awesome through the investigation and purchase experience. They are both very knowledgeable on their products. As cautious first time spa buyers/owners, we did a lot of research on the various brands and options out there (approx 2 months) but ended up with the Summit and a new Gazebo from Arctic Spas after a final no pressure tactic discussion with Tony and Shane. We are anxiously awaiting the installation, hopefully the install team performs well as Tony and Shane set the bar pretty high !!!! Will update the post after it's complete.UPDATE: Installation was great. Mark and Troy delivered the tub and maneuvered into place with ease. Mike and Robbie built the gazebo, and Paul and John did the electrical installation without concern. Up and running within the first 24 hours.It's been in operation for a few months now and works awesome. Looking forward to using it in the colder weather. No regrets on the purchase.......If and when I need another hot tub, It will be another Arctic Spa tub for sure

We ordered our Summit hot tub as a retirement gift and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Candace was very helpful during the decision process and also kept us up to date with its arrival time ensuring we had everything ready for installers (Monte Hicks and his team were terrific.). We searched around prior to purchasing and Arctic quality came out on top.....great product.

We did a lot of research on hot tubs and Artic Hot Tubs is by far the best quality hot tub you can buy. Made in Canada and it shows! They are well made, beautifully designed and supported by some of the best sales and service individuals I have ever met. They are truly a team and they have been right by our side during this entire process of being first time hot tub owners. We have the SpaBoy Salt Water System and we love it! Very easy to use and so great on our skin!

If you’re looking for a hot tub this is the company you want to buy from! I have waited three months before posting so that I could give an honest review. I purchased the salt water Timberwolf instead of the basic model on the input from Steve Bresgi at the Whitby store and couldn’t be happier! I had a top model hydropool and had nothing but problems so I looked into Arctic spas and the quality is soooo much better than anything I have been in. I am not a big jet user but let me tell you the jets on these things are ahmazing! Get the upgrade. The cedar is not flimsy like the cedar on my hydropool and it shouldn’t be. The comfort while in this tub is perfect. They have really thought about things that you wouldn’t even consider.The delivery was a good experience also, the guys were courteous,respectful, and thoughtful. I wish I had purchased Arctic Spas the first time and I wouldn’t have hated my hydropool tub. My only complaint would be that the bear claws don’t light up without the upgraded lighting package!

After researching several different brands, we purchased our Arctic Spa hot tub about a month ago. Delivery was prompt and as promised, the staff took time to go through and explain the hot tub, chemicals and answer our questions. Due to a clerical error, our steps did not get shipped but after a quick phone call to our sales rep Tony, he rectified the situation and delivered them later that evening (who does that anymore?!). We had 1 very small issue a couple weeks later and once again, after a quick call to Tony, it was sorted out. In my opinion the true value of service is determined when/if there is an issue or error and Tony and Arctic Spa Whitby have proven that after sale service is very important. We are thrilled with our hot tub and wished we hadn't waited to long to purchase it. The tub is very comfortable and relaxing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arctic Hot Tubs to friends and family - give Tony a call - you'll be glad you did.

We recently received our Summit spa, which we purchased with the exceptional help of Tony. From the first time we set foot into Arctic Spa Tony greeted us with professionalism and great knowledge of all spas. He suggested the Summit with the various seat heights which is exactly what we needed. The delivery team was great, helping to get the spa set up for us. Tony continues to he a real help to us every time we call with a question. We definitely recommend Arctic Spa Whitby, the whole team delivers superior service.

We met Randy at the home show. He presented the product well without pressuring. The delivery and set up went well. Those guys were great too. We had a low pH issue when setting up and stopped by the Burlington location (closest that day) and they helped solve the problem. We've been using the hot tub everyday.

I have enjoyed 3 seasons now with my Arctic Hot Tub and I couldn’t be more happy with this purchase and to write this review.My hot tub was delivered in December 2021 when it was cold and snowy and the delivery team was EXCEPTIONAL at getting this safely into my back yard. The guys also walked me through the start up which was SO helpful and answered all my questions!I purchased the Summit along with the Spa Boy System. This system is awesome and has been very helpful as I can monitor all settings from my phone and keep an eye on my chlorine and ph levels easily! I love the salt water system as well, as I don’t need to be constantly adding chemicals to clean the water.I think I underestimated just how therapeutic this hot tub would be. It’s the perfect way to relax at the end of the day and has been so helpful with any aching muscles/joints.Randy in Whitby is a pleasure to deal with and is very knowledgeable about all of the products he sells. He was VERY helpful right from the beginning when I was purchasing the tub and as well as answering any questions that I had after my purchase.I look forward to enjoying my tub this fall!Thank you Randy again for all you do!
