Excellent quality prints from digital files. Ordered my prints online, but never received a notification that they were ready for pick up. While I recommend them for their excellent quality and in store service, make sure you follow-up on your online orders.

Only open during working hours and closes at 3 on Saturday.Reply: most people work between the hours of 7am and 5pm so wouldn't operating outside of those hours allow you to reach more customers? why not change your hours from 10 to 5 to noon to 7pm? Another bold strategy would to close your store for 2 days during the week and be open both Saturday and Sunday all day when the majority of people have time to shop?This applies to all downtown Guelph businesses. This strategy would be much more effective than your shop local" signs."

Their website is super user friendly! Makes ordering photos quick and easy. They have an unbeatable turnaround time (next business day for printing photos). The prints always turn out great.

Absolutely Amazing!The staff was super friendly! As this was my first time developing film at the store it was suggested that I sign up for the FilmClub to receive my photos online. The website is great and the scans are better quality than other places I’ve been! Developing only took 3 days!!Thanks so much! :)

Helpful, knowledgeable and lots of choices and options for photos into digital format, picture frames, foam core or hard board backings, etc. Really knew their stuff and there are not too many places around that can do what Pond's does for their customers.

Pond's, and the people who work there, are great. I go here to get my film developed, scanned and sometimes printed, and it's always done on time and with great care. I'm so glad this store exists. Keep film alive!
