I brought a winter coat in for cleaning and repairs. Due the the holidays it took a bit longer then expected. But the work they did was done very well done. The seamsteress understood what needed to be repairs and her work is very professionally done. She repaired the lining and pockets added buttoning, really good work. Would use again.

Excellent service! They take care of my stuff as if they were cleaning their own, particularly careful and professional, especially with delicate fabrics such as silk and cashmere. I have never heard from them 'we can’t fix it, too complicated' only 'we will do our best' by always offering a solution. Came in with IKEA cushion covers that had been stained years prior by red wine. I was skeptical anything could be done but sure enough they came out good as new.

I am so happy to have found this place. After searching for many dry cleaners around me, I came across this spot, with great reviews. Requested a quoting on they’re website and got a answer few hours later. The owner told me to bring my two pieces in the next day. I never bought my high end products to dry clean only because I heard many bad experiences in the past. I decided to pop in with my cashmere scarf and a Dustbag for a handbag. Both had coffee, dirt and stains on them.Fast forward, I went to pick up two days after the drop-off. I can say that I am 100% satisfied with Nettoyeur Pro Plus. Jack, the owner is super friendly, welcoming and easy to communicate with. My things came back like brand new again. The pricing was fair, not too expensive. I highly recommend this place and will for sure come back.

Came in with an off-white linen suit that was completely stained by an espresso martini and further stained by a black napkin. My hopes in the suit returning to its original were honestly very low. To my surprise, they cleaned up like nothing ever happened to it. Highly recommend, great service and competitive pricing!

Got my couch cover cleaned there, and they did a wonderful job. The price is also extremely affordable, I was surprised to see this as St-Henri tends to overcharge everything lately.
