No option of 3.5 so giving 4 stars. I have been going here for almost 10 months. It is cheap and i have to interact with staff once or twice. It is also opened 365 days, be it Christmas or New Year. Downside is if a machine goes bad, it takes them more than week to get it fixed. Also few machines go bad frequently. No upgrades observed in last 10 months. Ample parking available and if you are into working out early morning or late evening, then this location is best for you.

This location gets a 1 star due to one staff member by the name of JADE (who has been negatively mentioned in several reviews- why is she still employed?) a woman with blonde hair and glasses, who again, seems to be notorious for her terrible attitude, lack of professionalism, and horrible manners.Hate to break it to you JADE, but when you’re working with people in a customer service based job, common courtesy and helpfulness is a must.I had an issue with my account and key cars that the manager was taking care of, but it was left at a standstill due to her being on vacation, which is when JADE unleashed her tirade and yelled at me, screaming that i should stop talking so much

Best factor is the price, 100%. Half the price of the next cheapest in the city, while also having a lot of locations.It isn't the cleanest, isn't the best maintained, doesn't have the most equipment, most locations don't have fountains, it's dark....BUT it's cheap! And I would say in terms of bang-for-buck, is totally worth it.

Disgusting gym, staff do not clean the place and the lockers are gross. Early morning workouts you will see homeless people sleeping on the black card massage beds, and using the showers and bathrooms as wash basins. This gym is terrible, full of people who don’t care about working out, just hanging out without showering.. they made it near impossible to cancel my membership after expressing my concerns by with no resolve. I will never support this Fit4less ever again.. I want my 2 months payment back after I tried to cancel and they wouldn’t stop payments. Don’t go here.

Great place and fair selection. I do see the employees go out and clean all equipment, also they’re very helpful

Really glad that it has been open at this location middle of bedford and downtown. Equipments are really really smooth and new kind of machines are also perk.Black card amenities has been increased in this one, I've only been in downtown and you really don't get any black card privileges except massage but they got whole new black card sections that really worth a upgrade too.Staff is slim trim but it doesn't matter as long as their work and services are done and seems like they are on point. (Appreciate the body positivity by H.R)

Very friendly staff, pretty clean location. Only downside is the gym can get very busy at weekdays evening time. Separated black card area. Better than good life fitness in this price.

I am so unbelievably disappointed with my experience at this gym so far in my 5 months of going there. I’m paying for a gym that’s supposed to be and it’s closed due to “unsafe weather” rain. Charged for membership is Ohk but to cancel membership charges me $7.99 and also asked to froze my membership they said they didn’t froze membership I have to cancel it and charge will be $7.99 on top of my membership lol totally hilarious. Never recommend anyone,Thanks and I hope they see this.

The lady who wears the “Manager” tag here must be joking around as she is unprofessional and lazy. Takes months to hear back from anyone and when you do she has basically laughed in your face. If you have concerns or comments don’t talk to the manager here. You’re better off going to another gym.
